I love all of it. The foot rollers and the air bags especially. I could spend all day in it....but I won't because it says not too. I am 5'6" weigh 190. My son who has the amazon account is 6' 1" and body builds. He will love the shoulder airbags. The shoulder airbag don't squeeze me enough because I'm smaller. I am going to add thick velcro removable pads to them so when I'm in it my shoulders get done. Also I need a small pad to sit on so my neck can be reached. No problem. It does recline without massaging and when the massage shuts off it will stay reclined if you want. Or just press a button. I did not think the heat was too hot.... it was very nice. Easy assembly but take your time to do it right. Instructions are in the owners manual. Use the washer for the armrest screws (not in instructions). My wheels were already on it. Be careful with the tubes and wires. Great chair for the price!!!! I'm so glad I got it.

I bought this chair because I am retiring and due to my vocation of being on my feet, or sitting for long periods I was getting massages commercially and spending upwards of one-hundred dollars every two weeks. The product was well packaged as the outside of the boxes had significant damage, but the contents were pristine. The manual that comes with the product is vague and the connections are common sense for the most part, but I would suggest simple labels like cable labels around the hoses and connectors like A to A, B to B, Male Power to Female Power connector to simplify the assembly of the product.I am six-feet seven inches tall and the chair is almost too small for me, but I am able to sit in a reclined position and obtain a very satisfactory massage, and manipulation from the inflation and deflation of the air-bags. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this 9+ for comfort, but only 6+ for clarity of assembly. Would I buy it again knowing what I know now? The answer is absolutely!When I contacted support I got a rapid response from them in less than 48 hours and it was professional and concise instructions on resolving my issue.FYI: on the base make sure that you seat it in the back, but also in the middle bracket in the center of the back of the seat and the side panels will align allowing you to mount the side with the two long bolts. The Yellow to Yellow Male plastic tube to the Female requires some strong finger strength, and the black to black is the same. The blue tooth speakers are of a very nice quality, but it would have been nicer if they were mounted in top airbag panels to allow better listening enjoyment instead of in the base of the unit. It has a near zero wall clearance allowing it to be a couple of inches from the wall and still allow the zero gravity. I personally inserted a smaller airline pillow in the top as the angle without it was slightly uncomfortable.I would recommend silicone sliders instead of the two wheels especially if you are going to be using this on carpet. The two wheels did allow movement on hard floor surfaces nicely.

Not bad for the price. I am a 33 year old male. 5'10 200 lbs, overall athletic and active. Chair doesn't perform as deep of a massage as I'd prefer, but it is still very relaxing. This is my first purchase of it's kind and I will likely upgrade when the time comes in the future. The rollers are nice and sturdy, the airbags apply decent pressure, and the heat isn't too hot or overbearing at all. But it all falls just short of expectations for me. It doesn't get my lower back, shoulders, or neck how I had hoped. If I adjust myself in the seat a bit into more unnatural positions, I can get the rollers to dig in deep how I like. My favorite thing about this chair is the Zero G and foot massage. It makes it all worth it. Have had the chair for two weeks now and it does a good job of putting me to sleep after a long day of work.The chair was fairly easy to assemble, however, mine did not come with a manual. I figured it out eventually but a few parts weren't working like the foot rollers and leg airbags. Had to contact the seller and they responded very quickly to help me get it working.Overall it's a great chair with a luxurious look and feel. I'd recommend it to anyone, but I am still left looking forward to the day when I upgrade to a higher end model. On this particular model, for the price, I have no regrets.

This chair is not as described. When I receive the chair; I noticed the parts did not align correctly. I did my best to assemble it and connected all of the hoses. The chair made a loud hissing sound as air escaped the main assembly. I asked the vendor for a replacement but they instead tried to ge me to disassemble the main control box and troubleshoot the issue. I asked to return the product and to my suprise; I had to pay return shipping. That cost me $181. So overall doing business with this vendor "FU inc." Is a very bad idea. STAY AWAY!

I love my new massage chair! I usually fall asleep in it after the massage because it’s SO relaxing and comfortable. If your not very strong like me, definitely get some extra help for lifting the bottom and back pieces. Easy to assemble and totally worth the money.

Surprised my husband’s for his 40th bday.. because he has back problems.. he LOVESSSS it!! It was very easy to assemble and super comfortable!! And the Bluetooth is a PLUS!! I would recommend this product especially for being this cheap.. I’d thought I’d have to spend thousands on something like this.. HAPPY CUSTOMER!
