This is a very nice container for first aid supplies. As others have noted, it is not a super heavy-duty container that would be suitable for use when, say, scaling a mountain. However, for storage of basic first aid supplies at home or even in your car, this is a great solution.It is surprisingly roomy - I have included photos of what was put in the kit to give an idea of how much it can hold. I like the clear plastic so you can see the contents, the removable tray on the top is very handy, the handle is sturdy enough to carry a full container, and the latch seems fairly secure.Engaging the latch is somewhat tricky - the plastic is quite flexible and when trying to fasten the latch, the plastic bends inward and away from the latch itself. The removable tray is key to getting this to work as it is rigid enough to hold the front portion of the container in place for the latch to fasten. Even so, it is a bit difficult to securely latch. A stronger, more rigid plastic would fix this issue, but there you go.I particularly liked how this was basically just a big open space to store variously sized items easily. The design is very flexible for whatever you need to store in it. For instance, it is deep enough that I was able to put in a tall bottle of disinfectant and a large box of latex gloves. You can further organize the items inside with smaller containers. I wish I still had all my bandages in their original boxes, for instance. That would have been handy!Overall - this is a good, lightweight case for storing basic first-aid supplies and is a very good price. I would say that this is not durable enough for frequent or strenuous use, but for the average home needs this is a good choice.

I really like the large size of this first aid box. It allowed me to customize exactly what I wanted to send with our college student to the dorm. I had been looking everywhere for something that was large enough to allow DayQuil and NyQuil Bottles to stand vertically but also had a tray to keep the smaller items organized. This was perfect! I packed a lot into this kit, and I like that it’s clear plastic with red accents.2 suggestions regarding the negative reviews I had read that pertained to the latch and absence of the First Aid Emblem. Regarding the latch, if you simply apply pressure at the bottom of the red latch, it will not close/latch. However, if you put your thumb at the top of the red latch and apply pressure as you are simultaneously sliding your thumb down to the bottom of the red latch, it will close/latch perfectly every time. Just make sure to maintain pressure as you slide your thumb from the top of the red latch to the bottom. I made sure to show my family members how to do it so they didn’t assume it was broken.Regarding the complaint of it no longer having a First Aid emblem- I ordered really nice first aid stickers from Amazon. The first thing I noticed is that the latch is very tricky and hard to use. Overall, this is a very flimsy product. I would expect more from a plastic box that costs nearly $30.

First time it arrived with lid cracked and broken, latch broke off. Returned and second delivery arrived in perfect condition. It is the perfect size for my daughter in college.

The size is awesome for a complete medical kit. However the frame is flimsy and you cannot close the red latch unless the white tray is in it. (I had wanted to take the tree out to make more room but then I couldn’t snap the red latch shut). The lid comes off the hinges easily and so you have to reattach them every time you open the lid. Also, of the 4 I purchased, one of the red latches was broken when I opened so I just taking that as a loss because I’m past my return period.With that said, I am buying another one because I can’t find anything else that matches what I’m looking for.

Absolutely fantastic container to hold first aid supplies. It is easily opened with one hand, it's translucent plastic so you can see inside, the plastic makes it easy to wash, the red details are attention-getting, the white and red cross area makes the purpose of the case simple to identify, it's light, has a shelf, and is large enough to hold an enormous variety of supplies. It doesn't take up much room, but it holds enough equipment to make this highly functional for home or business use. I was shocked at the number of things we could fit in it! The little compartmentalized shelf is nice for storing different sized Band Aids, a couple ammonia inhalants, and first aid cream. I also like that the little shelf doesn't go all the way across, allowing you to fit pretty big equipment/supplies on the bottom. I have everything from slings to a couple of different tapes, some 4x4s and a few rolls of gauze, an Ace bandage, a stethoscope and pen light, a small first aid book, a couple rolls of Coflex, my daughter's epi-pen, a couple pairs of gloves, a small (cheap) otoscope, tweezers, scissors, and I-can't-remember-what-else in there...and there is still room for more!This bin also comes with a burgundy towel. The towel is soft and in a bag. It's about the size of a large washcloth. I'm just not sure what the purpose is...as it's soft, it's very "linty". Not really what you want in a well-stocked first aid kit, but better than nothing in an emergency. I just don't get why they included it...but ok.Bottom Line: PERFECT to hold first aid supplies. Easy to carry. Large enough to hold an array of supplies for multiple people. This would fit all the supplies necessary to properly treat an injury or illness - family, business, or sports team. Lightweight. "Frosted" plastic makes it easy to see what's inside. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Nice partial shelf that slides back and forth. As a former paramedic, I would order this again in a millisecond. Just be sure to replace any materials you have to use after an incident - and make sure nothing has expired! :)

The product is great with nice finishing, good quality. Can Fit a lot of stuff in the box. Happy with the purchase 😊
