Very nice
Allows you to get into the mind and strategies of various trader of various markets (be they forex, stocks or what have you). The Book is set up in an interview format so each person is speaking in a conversational style rather than in a traditional book format of story telling. 4/5 because there is tedious moments where the conversations drag on but overall this is a great book due to the amount of info you get set up in a way where you “hear” the trader speak for themselves rather than having their words interpreted or “translated” by someone else.

Excellent book for active traders, solid insights
Kathy and Boris do a terrific job in this well thought-out, engaging book that chronicles the perspectives, insights and approaches from some of the most successful traders in the world. The authors do a great job of capturing the "essence of a winning traders' approach" in this important book, and the variety of traders (and their stories) makes for a fascinating read, complete with behind the scenes details of what makes for a winning trader.Having trained thousands of traders myself, I can safely say that this book can make a *huge* impact in the trading approach of both new and seasoned traders, because it shares the important insights of trading attitudes, trading technicals, and perceptions for how to manage both winning trades and stops, in a comprehensive "must read" book for all types of traders. The authors themselves are noted experts and capably lead the reader through the different, often fascinating, looks into a wide variety of trading scenarios that are essential perspectives for all traders to gain.Superb job, Kathy and Boris - highly recommended book.Ken Calhoun, PresDaytradingUniversity

great book, if you are a trader
great book, if you are a trader. I listen to it and it is interesting to hear how each person is so different in how they approach trading.

This book contains a great interviews with professional traders and it's a good read
This book contains a great interviews with professional traders and it's a good read.however, a lot of the book content is not for novice traders. I would say it targets intermediate traders. There isa tremendous amount of indepth ideas and concepts. So if one just started trading, one's must keep a computer besides one, just to search for unclear points and ideas.

Good for Motivation
You won't learn much about the nuts and bolts of trading from this book. These guys don't share many techniques. If that's what you're looking for, you probably won't like this book. However, I read these types of books primarily for motivation -- if these guys did it, I can do it, too! Read all three "Market Wizard" books first, but you should definitely add this one to your list.

Don't waste your time
Bought it. Read it. Suffice it to say what works for one person might not work for someone else. Never have been a big fan of reading about other people's success stories. Circumstances are usually different.

More for inspiration that strategy -
Trading is a head game. If you do not have confidence, you will not succeed. This book talks to people that show it is possible to be profitable in the markets. There is little to no strategy shared in the book, but you hear great stories like wives supporting their men while they learn to succeed, working for 2 years straight to gain the capital to trade, etc.

Style of interview imitates the famous 'Market WIzard' series.
The style is exact copy of 'Market Wizard' series by another author. We were expecting more in depth interview, however, the questions these authors asked the interviewees are not deep well organised, and little help for those of us who are studying the market in depth. In addition, the typing is rather large, making it look like thick book contains many useful information, but it increased the numbers of pages, but not its contents. The authors are not professional financial journalists, therefore, the book is like basic entry book. Interviews are not focused enough, and, again, the style is exact copy of 'Market Wizard' series. It is tolerable because the price of this book is not exorbitant. but do not expect you get to learn something new or better.

Some good, realistic
Set out in much the same way as Market Wizards but actually talking to people who have understandable wealth rather than 'head in the cloud' zillions. Some good, realistic advice
