FIRST, I am older and while I keep my stuff in my bag, I'm not out and about a lot so it doesn't get the wear many bags will.PROS:IMPRESSED with how smooth the zipper moved and quality appearance.I use as a shoulder, not crossbody, so glad straps are adjustable.LOVE the silver hardware. JUST my preference and can be hard to find.I don't like changing bags and so got the black to go with everything, plus I think black is always just dressier. Just looks high end and the design has a uniqueness about it that makes it not plain.WELL WRAPPED. Came well-packaged.BOTTOMLINE: I have seen more expensive bags not as nice, so at this price point, I would DEFINITELY do again. FIVE thumbs up.
