Bar HarborLobster Corn Chowder, 15-Ounce (Pack of 6)

Overall this soup is good, however sadly we found the lobster, corn and potatoes to be almost nonexistent. The flavor itself was good; creamy and medium texture. If you expect for it to be hearty, you will be disappointed, but if you like a lighter creamy soup or are looking for a great base to cook with, you will really like it, and the ingredients are very high quality. It tastes great with a side of toasted sourdough bread, and we like to add a good amount of pepper for flavor. If you are new to this brand and are looking for a heartier soup, you may like the clam chowder better.

Soup was excellent

Products from Bar Harbor are nit and miss. Sometimes soups contain a fair amount of lobster, but lately that has changed. Notice this not only in the but in the Bisque and other lobster products. Living off past quality reputation.

I thought, like some of their others, it was an open, microwave and eat. But it's condensed so u have to add milk. I live up in the mountains, I don't use milk a lot, but seems e erytime I wanna have it, I'm outta milk, or its old.Great if I could pop down to 7/11 but it's an hour drive.Otherwise, their soups, crab, etc, are all really good.A bit expensive for someone on food stamps, but if they're payin, I'm eatin!Very tasty! And I love seafood!

Just received my Lobster Corn Chowder. Was very excited to eat it for lunch, until I tried it. I added cream, butter, salt, pepper as directed and it still lacks flavor. My wife tried it, who is from Maine, where the product comes from and she didn't even like it. Lobster is supposed to be the second ingredient, but I literally don't see any. I will not order this product again.

I ordered and have consumed 6 cans of the lobster corn chowder. I inspected every bite from each can and honestly could not find a single speck of actual lobster in any of the 6 cans. I emailed the company Bar Harbor 10 Days ago, but they are ignoring me. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

This lobster chowder is NOT a rich bisque...but it is good. I add a can of creamed corn to give it more substance.
