Have enjoyed several recipes so far from this small book packed with 75 recipes. I always have lemons in and wanted to try new dishes that use them, and limes, and have not been disappointed. The vegetable sides chapter and the salad recipes share some lovely new citrus focused dishes. Favs include the Roast Chicken with Broad Beans and Lemon (add a couple of tablespoons of cream to the sauce, yum), the Gin and Tonic Cake and the indulgent Lemon Cardamom and Raspberry Torte. Haven’t had to buy any special ingredients either. Recommended, a lot of the savoury dishes are low carb too. Zingy.....
