Bought these to replace laces in £60 walking boots which were 2 months old. These are far superior and have the choice of lengths as the original pair felt far too long.Great laces very reasonable price.

I've been using these as my spare boot laces for the last 2 years and didn't leave a review, they just worked and I didn't think anything of it. I'm now down to my final pair of the set of 3, replacing the laces that came with my new walking boots with these as the stock ones were too short. If you want good value laces that last a long time, laces that have only gone up £1 in price in the last two years which can't be said for much, laces that are long enough and strong enough to work on decent and hard-worked boots day in and out, get these. Assuming no decline in quality or spike in price (time of writing £9.99), which doesn't seem to be the case based on the reviews I've read, I'll be buying more soon so I can keep using them a year from now and for the years to come. I don't usually write reviews, but these have been more than worth the money!

Having only fitted to my boots today, I'm impressed with the price and the look & feel of these laces. They're certainly thicker and feel more robust than my boot manufacturers originals, which only lasted 4 months, ~200 miles.Only time will tell though so I'll re-review accordingly.

Think my title says it all. I canvas for a living, so I walk a fair few miles a week. I use Skechers walking boots and the laces that come with them don't last very long. These laces don't suffer from the stretch problems of the original ones. They haven't started to fray where they go around the metal loops and the black and white ones suit the boots very well. I have two more pairs and when I buy the next set of boots I will throw away the supplied laces and putting in one of the spare pairs,whilst keeping the ones I am currently using. Good purchase. Recommend them to you all.

Die Schnürsenkel wirken optisch robust und lassen sich gut schnüren und festziehen. Mit dem Durchmesser hatte ich mich verschätzt, denn für normale Lederhalbschuhe wirken sind doch ziemlich dick und fallen nicht so locker wie die Erstausrüstersenkel von Clarks. Nächstes Mal würde ich dafür doch lieber 4mm Durchmesser wählen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da die paarweise abgepackten Senkel von Cubser alle unterschiedlich lang waren! Auch wenn es nur 0,5 bis 1cm Differenz waren, solche Toleranzen sollten wirklich nicht sein. Glücklicherweise waren 3 Paar enthalten, so dass ich zwei gleich lange Paare zusammenstellen konnte. Durchweg waren die Senkel ein wenig kürzer als angegeben. Sie lassen sich aber alle auf die angegebene Länge von 90cm dehnen bzw. lang ziehen, auch wenn sie sich danach wieder auf ihre Ursprungslänge zusammenziehen. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich nach zwei Wochen noch nichts sagen, sie hinterlassen einen robusten Eindruck beim Schnüren und lockern sich nicht von alleine, auch nicht beim Laufen oder gar Joggen.
