Very effective hanger for small signs and artwork

After a fire in our attic and the attendant renovations, I had taken down all of our family photos, discarded water damaged frames, and needed to rehang everything. Some frames didn't have any mechanism for hanging on the back, and some had been damaged with age or mishandling, so I needed picture hangers to put on the back. These are pretty wide, but they will work on most picture frames over 5x7 size. I will comment that one frame I had wouldn't accept the little nails in its backer board, so I superglued the hanger to the back and it worked well. There are a lot of picture hangers in this box at a good price. One note of caution is that the little nails are not in a resealable bag, so I dropped mine into a small ziploc bag so they don't get lost.

It's pretty much a requirement to factor in price when reviewing this product. So these sawtooth hangers are almost as good as quality as what I consider the highest quality sawtooth picture hangers, which are "OOK" brand, but again you must consider what price you are paying for these picture hangers, which is 20 times less than "OOK" brand. So if you want a lot of picture hangers at what is probably the lowest price in the world, then buy these. Oh, and some reviews state that the nails do not grip the hanger to the frame very well, but that is true with a lot of nails in general whether you are building a house or a kids playset or anything with nails, screws will always be far superior fasteners, so if you want superior fasteners when attatching the sawtooth hanger to the frame, then drill out the nail holes a bit and use tiny screws.

My husband is a wood sculpture artist and these sawtooth hangers get the job done so that clients can display their wood art on their walls. The hangers are very sturdy and easy to install.

Hangers are as described. They are stiff and durable. I use them on 5 lb signs I make and sell, and they could hold more. The only thing I don't like about them is that the nails are cheap. The heads of the nails are flat instead of rounded, so they don't look "professionally" finished. The nails are really small, too. I have to use needle nose pliers to hold the nails while I hammer them in.But I'd consider buying them again as you can't beat the price.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I am an artist and use these sawtooth picture hangers on the backs of my canvases. I had been buying the small little packs at my local hardware store and then checked out amazon to see if I might be able to get some of these in bulk. These are exactly what I needed, they come in a pack of 100, and they also included some samples of other size sawtooth hangers which I will probably end up buying as well. I am very happy with this product and the shipping, they arrived very quickly.
