Three ring binder...
This is NOT acceptable. I can not use a normal three ring punch for this binder and have not been able to find one that would work with this binder. Need to return. Who makes a three ring binder that doesn't allow for a circular punch? I didn't look closely enough at the 'rectangle' description.
