As a resident I am constantly taking notes and this pen has become my favorite. Large variety of color options and each one is REFILLABLE. Gone are the days when you have to change pens just because one color stopped working. Comes in a variety of thickness but I prefer the 0.3, not scratchy and smooth writing.

I love it! The ink does run out faster than I'd like, but its worth it. The 0.4mm is so fine and smooth. Usually the smaller tip the scratchier the pen but this not the case. I like that you can load up your favorite color combinations and if you want to get fancy have a 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 of same color for your needs.As another reviewer said I did notice that it doesn't always catch the ink when you press down requiring a requiring a 2nd or 3rd attempt before locked in place when selecting your color. If done mindfully you wont likely encounter this, but if a sloppy thumb tries to change colors you might.I also like that it doesn't smear or bleed through my papers.Favorite inks are black, blue black, blue, green, pink and purple. The blue black is some special stuff.I love using this pen at the hospital taking report (student nurse) because I know I can fit into tiny spots with the 0.4mm.Overall great pen!

Wonderful ink, colors, and smoothness, with no blobs or smears. The cream pearl pen body looks really nice. It may feel flimsy when it's empty but when it's full it feels more solid. 0.4 point feels just right. Used alongside a Pilot fine point fountain pen, there is almost no difference in the writing quality, and this is more versatile and fun.

I’ve used this pen for several months now and it’s been pleasant to use. I have the 0.4 ink which feels smoother than the 0.3 ink. The clicking and switching between inks have been fine unlike some other consumer’s experiences. There are some complaints about the switching experience but it might be an issue of hit or miss. I would buy it again. I want the cream.

This is a great pen. Should I have ordered individual components from somewhere like Jet Pens? Yes.I wanted a multi pen, with a pencil component, with the same colors and sizes of ink as the Pentel Energel Clena 0.3 options - black, blue black, brown, and red. I tried the Uni Jetstream 4 + 1 and it’s great, but I don’t like the sheen of the ink and I prefer a needle tip gel pen. The Jetstream is an accurate name - I felt like I had no control over my writing because it was SO smooth. So I decided to try the Pilot Hi-Tex-C inks because they offered an 03 size with all the colors I wanted. Well, I could have gone with an 04 or possibly an 05 because it’s SO TINY! I like it, but it’s not the size I expected it to be, and with the red in particular, it starts to become hard to read. See photo for comparison pen test in a Hobonichi Weeks.I am aware that Energel makes a multi pen, but it only comes in a 0.5 size, which is too juicy for Tomoe River Paper (for me, at least). This is pretty close to what I wanted, but I will probably buy an 04 and an 05 to see if that’s a better dupe for the Energel 0.3.One additional note is that this is a ridiculously light pen body. It feels like nothing. I’m used to metal bodies on the Uni Jetstream and the Pentel Clena and this weighs less than either of those pen bodies. We’ll see if the featherweight body bothers me with daily use. I would definitely consider buying another clear body to use with the “leftover” fun color refills from the tube. This is my “serious” pen, so I won’t be using the non-boring colors in the navy body.

All but one of the fillers are working. One spring is broken. The other ones work pefectly. First time having a problem with this hi-tec Coleto. Will contact sellerContacted the seller and will rcvd a new pen. Great service!
