Bright Starts Zig Zag Safari Activity Gym and Play Mat with Take-Along Toys, Ages Newborn +

I was looking for a play mat in lower price. I found it look similar to higher price one. My 3.5 months baby likes it specially zebra, it’s not loud. It’s comes with three hanging toys. I wish it comes with lower toys like zebra or additional ring. I attached the two toys to reach him. I love additional loops that I can rearrange toys and I could put more toys.It’s easy to assemble and easy folding flat that don’t require much place store. It’s lightweight and bright color. Play mat is little thin,waterproof and machine washable.

This purchase was worth every penny--my son uses it every day! It doesn't come with as many toys as other options out there, but the toys it does come with are really entertaining for my baby. We already had a few other hanging toys that were really easy to add on with all of the extra loops that are sewn in to the hoop parts. I have been able to wash the mat in my regular washing machine and it went through just fine, with no fading. I also love the size. It's a great size for my baby, but doesn't overwhelm our livingroom. Would definitely buy again!

I love everything about this play gym.1. Most important, my baby loves it, shes a real kicker so we set up the rattle that her foot automatically kicks it... the rattles keep going and she particularly loves looking at (and gurgling to) the monkey:)2. This is the second Bright Starts gym mat I’ve purchased. The first one was in 2017 and I bought the one with the musical giraffe toy. It was great with our first child and we recently brought it out again for our second. The giraffe battery had died and unfortunately you cannot open it to replace the batteries; and then the mat accidentally got ruined while we were painting so I just bought the Safari version. I thought the zebra would have a pull tab to play music like the giraffe did but it just has chimes in it that make noise when it moves; I actually like this better because it is easier for baby to get it to make noise. Also, the quality of the fabric and attachment toy rings seem to be a bit sturdier than they were 2 years ago. I kept the toys from the other version to attach to this one so all corners have toys now. Very pleased with it.

This play mat is great. It has such fun colors and many areas to hang the toys. My only complaint is the bars sometimes come unhooked from the mat.

My 4th son is a month old now and we wanted an activity mat for him to use now that he's alert more (and lord knows activity mats dont survive older siblings). I found this one on Amazon and the price was great! We use it every morning and its perfect. Easy to fold, machine washable, enough toys to keep his attention (and a mirror!) Without being TOO many toys/distractions/stimulation.

We have loved this play gym. We had gotten rid of the one from my older boys and needed one when we decided to have one more little one. He is going to be our last so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and this one seemed like a good option. He has loved it and plays on it all the time. The animals that hang from it are brightly colored and have exaggerated faces that get his attention. I have been able to wipe up his spit from it a lot easier than my older boys’ play gym and so far (6 months) no stains. It’s even fairly easy to fold up and move if you need to take it places.

This play gym is the best value out of all the baby gear I've purchased. We started using this play gym with our daughter around 2 months or so when she found her arms. She is now 10 months and still loves playing with it! The arches are soft covered foam which makes it safer for my daughter to move, roll and climb over. I am very happy I purchased this gym over the more decorative wood gyms that would have match our interior design better. Wood gyms wouldn't be nearly as fun or safe for our daughter to move and grow with.

I like the value-for-money of this gym. It is simple to set up, not too big and the colours are bright. Out of the 4 toys, the lion chime is the most interesting for my baby because it hangs lower than the rest, so she can swat it to make it chime.The other 3 toys are just ok - the turtle is a thin plastic, so it doesn't look very visually interesting too look at when lying underneath as it is not 3D and it is in one colour. The circular rattle is very short, so the baby can only play with it when it is hung at a lower position. The baby-safe mirror distorts the face; I am guessing this is how all baby-safe mirrors are? It was actually stressful for my baby (and me) to look at because the distortion makes it hard for the eyes to focus on the reflection.The cloth material for the mat the pole coverings are soft to touch, and I like how there are no hard plastics to hold the pole together at the top. There are no extra hooks for extra toys, but I bought colour toy links and they work well. Overall it is a very good gym for the price point, I am glad I bought it.

Wir haben das als Spielzeug in den Laufstall für den Haushalt der Großeltern bestellt, daher sollte es nicht so teuer sein und dennoch seinen Sinn erfüllen. Die Kleine hat es sehr gemocht und viel damit gespielt, es ist bunt, laut (aber nicht unangenehm laut) durch die Glocke in dem einen Spielzeug und die Spielsachen lassen sich abwaschen bzw. leicht reinigen. Kein Chemie Geruch oder andere Auffälligkeiten, die bei günstigen Spielsachen sonst so auffallen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Ich würde es wieder kaufen!

Mi hija es muy activa y este gimnasio la entretiene desde que tiene un mes durante unos 20' todos los días, aprendiendo a interactuar, a conocer sonidos y texturas y a jugar sola durante un rato. Muy contenta con la compra.
