Directions missing. There is a little red arrow at the bottom of the box indicating the directions (how many to take, how often, with meals, etc.) are around the corner of the box but they aren't. Didn't want to just pop a few in my mouth, so please make directions available. I also would like to know where these are made, where they're coming from.

Doesnt work

I use this with their IBS product and it seems to really help. I take it twice a day.

This is the best relief you can buy for constipation. There are no side effects. I keep it on my bedside.
