Best drain opening gel I’ve ever used!
You’ll never buy another grocery store bottle of drain opener again once you try this friend! I previously reviewed their excellent toilet bowl cleaner and this was the second product I tried from Zep. It is just as amazing! I had a very stubborn, sluggish kitchen sink drain that no other product seemed to help. But this one worked like magic and now my sink drains easily.

Hit or miss.
I dont see the hype in this product. I mean it works but it doesnt fully clear it like a snake would. It might it might unclog some peoples drains but i think its a hit or miss. Zep in general usually has good products but toilet clogging products or maybe it will work maybe it wont and in my case it partially worked. My drain, drains better but still super slow.

Best product for unclogging pipes
I used it for unclogging my kitchen sink. Tried several products that professed to work great but none worked like this did. Will only use it for now on! Nothing compares!

Watered down and resold.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. We received a used, black bottle (image shows red) that was taped closed and obviously watered down. We've used this product in the past and are familiar with the viscosity. Whatever was in this bottle was too thin and not much "gel." I used it all just to clear a mild drain clog. The actual product would have taken a third as much. I'm not wasting money on Amazon anymore. Better to purchase from your local store.

Stuff can work. But order carefully.
My mistake for not reading more closely, I glanced at the picture and thought I was ordering a gallon, but this is only the 64 ounce size. Exact same thing is in the blue hardware store for seven bucks. Or a full gallon for twelve. My bad. Stuff works if you can get it to reach the clog. I opened up the P trap, drained out the standing water, replaced nut and poured this down the drain. Worked in about 15 minutes.
