National Tree Company Pre-Lit 'Feel Real' Artificial Slim Downswept Christmas Tree, Green, Douglas Fir, Dual Color LED Lights, Includes PowerConnect and Stand, 6 feet

First they sent me the wrong tree. The box was marked right but inside was a tree with lights and no controls. It was quickly replaced with the correct tree. I have not set it up yet but opened it enough to know it's very nice and very full. All the light modes worked properly. I will update my review next December!

Looks real. Just the right size for an older, single person to handle. I love the feature of changing color lights. Many light options to choose. I bought the 4’5 inch one.

Given some of the reviews I was unsure how real these branches would look. Immediately after opening the box I could tell I had worried for nothing. The branches are beautiful. Yes, the branches closer in to the trunk are constructed differently, but you don't really notice it.Setting up and shaping the tree was very easy and the 4.5 ft size is perfect, especially when put on a 12" high crate or table. The free is small and lightweight and will be easy to store and tote around.All the lights work and the foot switch is easy to operate, running through all ten functions: steady warm white, twinkle warm white, steady multicolor, twinkle multicolor, steady pastel, fading warm white to multicolor, random fading, fading warm white, fading multicolor, flashing warm white to multicolor.Preventing the 5th star in my rating: the light functions do not include solid colors: green blue, red, purple, or being able to transition thru solid colors: green fading to blue, fading to red...etc. I was expecting this but probably just got mixed up with the several trees I looked at before purchasing.Also - while the stand is extremely easy to assemble, the design - a single eye bolt to hold the tree in place - means you've got to REALLY tighten it to prevent the tree from leaning. (REALLY = husband with some big pliers). I may need his help again when it comes time to loosen this eye bolt. A better design might have been to have four eye bolts.Finally, no fuses were included in the packaging, but in their place were two black plug-like plastic pieces (no references to them in the instruction sheet). I have sent feedback to the seller to see if they can send us the fuses.All in all I really LOVE this tree and hope to have it for several years. It will be nice not to wrestle our old 6.5 footer in and out of the house any longer!

I haven't really looked at fake trees in years, my old tabletop tree is from the early 2000's and we decided to upgrade to something slightly bigger and settled on the 4.5' size. I mostly picked this because it was available in the Douglas Fir, which was the type of real tree my Dad always got when I was growing up. This tree is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed compared to my old tree.There are two types of branches, the ones closes to the "trunk" are made of the old-school fake tree material, but the ones further out (where you would be seeing them close-up or handling them) are made from a softer plastic but they look amazingly real.The different light options are fun, I only wish this had a built in timer or a remote but we can always add one. There also appears to be a plug at the top of the tree, I assume this brand sells toppers that you can plug in.Great tree, worth the price. I look forward to using it each year!

I purchased as an open box option, giving me a discount of the regular listed price. The tree was in new and unused condition and I had no difficulties assembling it. All the pre-lit lights work fine and the best feature is the different lighting options you can choose. I wanted a skinny tree to fit in a narrow space in my living room and this one fit the bill and happy with my choice!

I ordered this tree, get it out of the box. One huge number, I have two power cords to plug together, it's supposed to be a Power Connect, where you put the two sections together and that's the power connection for the lights.Number matches box and what's on Amazon. Call National Tree, yep, number matches their site. The gal said there's two tree, exactly the same, except one has the power cords, the other has the Power Connect "trunks". She said that happens when the factory puts the wrong tree in the box.Had a great CSR through the chat... Set up UPS to pick up the tree and ship me a new one.It gets here, first thing I pull out the bottom, look for the cord, yep, there's the orange tab and got another one right number, wrong tree in the box. Whatever distribution center it came out of it, must've got a batch of these. I think I really would've kept it, even though I really want that Power Connect, as it's Thursday before Christmas. If they could've gave me the price on the other tree, but couldn't. So set up UPS, and it was off to find a tree. Found one at ACE Hardware for $35 on Christmas Eve (high end lighting). I'll go to National Tree's site, and order. They might be able to open the box before sending it, it's only $3 more, so I'll try that.I gave it 3 stars because the tree really is nice. It has PE and PVC needles and looks very life like. The lights are great (it says 900, but it's 450, don't know how it's done, but the white and color are in the same bulb. There's plenty of tips, I didn't fluff, but it wouldn't taken long and would've been really nice. I just had it so-so and it was good without the little extra spreading.The really problem was with the factory...not Amazon. But it was so disappointing just before Christmas. The CSR people were great, both the person I had the first tree on Chat and the second on the phone with tree #2.

Tree was easy to set up and I love the variety of light options already on the tree. Perfect for setting on my end table.
