Great to use for fine motor activities
I am a pediatric occupational therapist and I use these as small tongs to increase fine motor strength and control for my patients.

Works but is flimsy
I bought this expecting to replace one I had had for 30 years - was disappointed to find the weight of the metal very light. But, it does work.

Works just fine...way overpriced
My 94 year old mother lost a set of these that we had for years! I couldn't believe the replacement price, but she HAD to have another set. Well, there you go! You pay what you pay when you only have one option!

This is a good huller of strawberries
This is a good huller of strawberries. A simple tool, easy to use,small and dishwasher safe. Easy to handwash as bits of strawberry flesh rinses off easily. Made of staineless steel by maesters of their craft. First lesson, stick the top of the strawberry with the pointy end. Stab just outside the green stem rather then to the outer edge. With your free hand, rotate the strawberry 360 degrees and remove the stem and the attached circular base. The oval depressions on the pointy ends allow your thumb and forefinger to gain a comfirtable grip. Beneficial when you have more than 12 strawberries to hull. More reliable than the plastic red and green strawberry shaped huller whose moving parts jam after a few months. This huller should last years, if not decades. On the fence? Get one. or two. Summer will end soon enough, and strawberry season as well.

Every kitchen needs this if you eat strawberries
I lost my previous one, which I had used for many years, in a move, so I had to replace it asap. If you buy fresh strawberries you need one of these. You can get the stem out without wasting as much of the strawberry as you would if you cut the stem out with a paring knife.

Probably the least expensive, excellent tool in the kitchen
Replaces one we lost somewhere; had it for 10+ years. There are lots of more complicated strawberry pluckers available, but this one works best. Also use for cleaning the prickly bits from pineapple after skinning. "Keep it simple."

Not pleased
Product did not work as will with capping strawberries. Would not buy again.

Does the job
They do the job but they're thin and kinda flimsy. Better to get the other more expensive thicker stainless steel one.

Simple and easy to use
So handy! I grew up using these and like that they are simple and easy to use and wash (unlike some of the more modern tools).
