I bought this locker and using it from last 2 years,till no problem has been faced except battery,changed battery after 1.5 years. I used it 3 or 4 times a day. Good response no issues Recommended

The product is study and perfectly installed as per our requirement, Very spacious to keep ornaments, Cash and important documents…I recommend this to all

1/ I received the fingerprint model despite having ordered the digital one (Amazon issue)2/ The model thickness is very disappointed and two corners at the frame are not melted properly so it can easy to force open it (Godrej issue)3/ The return procedure seemed quite straightforward as I immediately had a pickup date organised the next day4/ Amazon delivery team showed up to my building certainly to deliver other goods, did not even called me and cancelled the return pickup stating packing not ready (Amazon issue)5/ My security team told me Amazon was there so I immediately went down with the good but the Amazon staff was gone (Amazon issue)6/ The Amazon staff did not even let the correct mobile number so with the security we could not even call him back. This represents a major integrity issue (physical security plus especially complicating tracking mechanism during COVID !)(Amazon issue)7/ I stayed close to 1h over the phone with a very nice Amazon operator lady but she could not even helped me to rearrange the pickup on same day. But for sure any time within 3 days ! Worst is that she is told me she is not able to find out who was the Amazon staff who came at my building. (Amazon issue)8/ I had to hung up as I had a meeting to attend so not even sure what will be the outcome.I just hope their increase 1/ quality of the goods they deliver 2/ logistics (ie deliver what is ordered) 3/ increase staff training 4/ run an investigation and apply the right internal procedure on the faulty staff

Amazon delivery is awesome. On delivery unable to open it, though it accepted any finger print/sensor works. I could also hear the motor opening the lock, but door didn't open.Godrej customer care is pathetic. Lady was not at all interested to hear my concern that its delivered in door locked condition. But she simply points me to Godrej support site, which has video for how to register the finger prints. I clearly asked her if this site has video for how to open the locked door in first attempt. She said YES but its not the case.I called them again. Fortunately I was connected to other executive and he understood the problem and raised complaint for the same. With-in 3 hours Godrej technician visited home and found out that its door jam. He applied some pressure with screw driver on the door sides and it came out in few attempts.Screw supplied does not seem to hold the 16KG locker if you just fix it on wall. Either use some strong screws and/or fix it on both wall side and bottom side with 8 screws. This can be best fixed on wooden cabinets.Its very easy to register upto 30 finger prints. Has manual key for back-up, incase of batery expired or any other problem.Remember this model is to protect your items from unauthorised access. And it does serve the purpose for the amount paid. Dont treat this as a replacement for bank lockers. For that you need to invest more and different models exists (fire proof, double stronger walls etc).

I changed my review for disappointed to very satisfied, the one that i received was not working so I got a replacement from Amazon and this finger print sensor locker is great.

Very sturdy and a good locker . Last year when I was out of town some thief had tried to open a similar locker by pounding with bricks and had also tried to prise it open but he couldn’t open it . So I bought one more for my other documents and stuff .

Product is very good for home purpose but I want some stronger locker for jwellery shop so i will order godrej locker of fire proof 40 liter which price is higher than this product.

Facing open and close issues due to the door hence planning to complain godrej to rectify the issue.
