The DeWalt 18v (marketed as 20v) batteries are compatible with hundreds of DeWalt 20v power tools, so once you acquire a battery and charger it isn’t always necessary to buy a new battery for each tool. Now, here it can get very confusing but let me simplify your choices: for small tools like this, go for the 2AH battery. You’ll appreciate the lighter weight. If you need more run time, buy two. For heavy duty uses, the 5AH is the best choice. The various chargers range from 2AH, the higher the AH, the faster they will charge, but fast charging reduces your battery life. So, as a DIY user, I use the 2AH Charger (DCB107) and just keep several batteries on hand. If you’re contractor, with several people using batteries all day, you may want a fast charger. Incidentally, the PowerStack version of DeWalt batteries supplies more power and charges faster. In sum, any of the 20V chargers work, but some charger faster than others. Slower charging is better for the long-term life your your battery.

is there an adapter I can use with this to attach dremel blades and accessories?

I can't answer that directly.... but I have had several "undercut" saws as they were originally called.  Use to undercut trim and doors when installing flooring.  So having had blades from 3 different undercut saws I can tell you that any blade for any of the other models I've owned before the new Dewalt 20V has worked just fine in the Dewalt 20V because it comes with an adapter that is put between the oscillating arm and blade and then both are secured in the tool with the clamping mechanism.  Which by the way does not require any other tool to lock the blade in the Dewalt 20V
