If you lift at all do not buy these. I understand they give and are somewhat adjustable but not if you have any size to our biceps. Looked ridiculous and i bent them too much trying to get them to work to send them back I would have just felt bad.

These are supposed to be arm cuffs for your bicep area, they might fit a child or a very tiny woman otherwise they are more of a regular bracelet.They are extremely pretty and easy to adjust.

fast shipment, well packaged, they look great, very adaptable (e.g. they're spring-like, so they can increase or decrease in size).
