Loved the first device I received but within 2 weeks the battery would not hold a charge. Received replacement very quickly but new device does not seem to be working as well. Like it is not as "strong" as the first one, other than that the 2nd device is working fine.I use this device every other day as part of my skin care regimen specifically the nourishing and firming settings with my face oils. It does make the products penetrate the skin very well and I am happy with the results so far. I just wish the strength of the red light therapy and firming were stronger.
