Dr. Oetker Bakeware Flexxibel Loaf Form, 24cm

Ich benutze die Backform mittlerweile seit über einem Jahr. Von einem rechteckigen Kuchen ist man hier weit entfernt... die Stabilität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Mittlerweile habe ich schon sehr viele unterschiedliche Kuchen darin gemacht und leider ist es jedes Mal der Fall, dass das Silikon bei normaler Backtemperatur (175-180) extrem nachgibt.

I was hesitant about buying one of these silicone loaf pans as other comments say it doesn't hold its shape but I have had no problems and my loaves of organic wheat free bread are turning out beautifully. I love that its so easy to turn the loaf out, no struggle like you get with a tin.

Excellent item, does exactly what it says on the tin, easy to clean and really is Non-Stick. Medium price range but a very good addition to any kitchen where sponges, puddings or suchlike are frequently made. Good value.

I'm a convert. These are practical and do the trick. They withstand heat even though it doesn't appear that they could. That's a more fascinating fact I think. Out with the old fashioned tins :-) They are reasonably priced and arrived in good time.

Love it. Soooo easy to clean (massive win for me). So far everything I’ve used it for has been incredibly easy to remove (banana bread and even a lasagna). Would definitely recommend.
