RuggedGrade 80W Oberon II Series LED High Bay Light Bulb

I have been having problem with my landscaping tools being stolen from my shed. I bought this as could direct light downward (regular halogen bulb seemed dimish softer light and caused shadows). First thing I noticed with this led corn light was the very bright white light and was able to direct the light toward ground and shed door. It was like I was putting a spot light on door and it has worked great for security. The only con is the high cost, but the heightened security it provides by being so bright makes it worth the extra cost!

nice and bright but needed an extension.

This comes in different Kelvins. Different size sockets. And can be reversed top to bottom Has a built-in cooling fan which should give it longer life

This shape puts more light where you need it, on the ground, great light

It doesn't look as bright as the sun, but you definitely can't comfortably look directly at it from within a 20ft radius. I mounted it high and am getting good brightness in a large garage. The unit itself feels pretty solid, dropped it once without any damage.
