Used for the first time in my Llasa apso. She easily gets matted, and I let her cut go a little too long but this glided right through. Have to take it off and clean it several times, but that may just be because her hair is a little long.

These fit the Wahl 5 in one clipper. I keep my dogs short. They play all over the land & I don't want to bath them every day. LOL This length is great on the dogs legs It keeps all the dogs legs the same length I enjoy grooming the poodles legs. I enjoy the time spent boninding with the dogs. These are sturdy and should last a long time.I have the set but wantd a few of the singleslikethis one. I use it a lot.

I know it isn’t designed for an Oster. It won’t fit the no. 1 blade but it fits on the narrower 000 blade. However the moving part of the blade catches on this comb, it vibrates badly, not good for the Oster. So, as can be seen in the photo, I removed a small section on each side of the comb and it now runs smoothly. First impressions cutting my own hair, it does a neat job but because it directs the hair better than the plastic Oster comb you end up with a slightly shorter trim, which is fine.

I bought 2 different sizes of these combs and really prefer them over the plastic ones. They cut better and very easy to slide on and off. If you are grooming a particular breed of dog, I would suggest you research what size combs are really necessary for what you need. I groom my own dogs so was only interest in #1, #2 & #4.

Bought a few of these because I love the full set! But...the #1 guard pulls really bad. I bought the #2 separate as well and they don’t. So I don’t understand why the #1 does....

Bought this cause I dropped mine that was part of the set.. it was a perfect replacement! Been using it for a while now and it's still in great shape!
