Perfect Keto Book!
This is the "Perfect Keto Book!"If you’re interested at all in the Keto lifestyle or diet, this book will provide all the information you need and more! It is very apparent that the author, AG, has extensive knowledge and expertise in this realm and he’s able to communicate to the reader in a way that is easy to understand. One of my favorite things is how he describes concepts in a way where you feel like he’s talking directly to you and is very personable, making it an effortless read which I greatly appreciate. When I received this book, I caught myself reading it much more than I intended to, I couldn’t put it down! AG not only answers questions you may have about Keto, but he answers the questions you didn’t even know you had, leading you to be more knowledgeable on the subject than you ever thought of being and feeling like an expert. I highly recommend this book for anyone thinking about keto and anyone who has a general interest in health and fitness, especially those who train, coach, or influence others. This book will save you time from doing your own research and it is wonderfully compiled into an easy to read manuscript. This is a perfect book to have on your countertop, kitchen, or bedside.One thing I did want to point out and recommend to the author is that I had a hard time reading the back-cover introduction. The text is white, and the background is light gray, which made it hard for me to read. If I was picking up this book from a shelf in a library or bookstore, I may not have finished reading the back cover and could have set it down, causing me to miss out on a great read. I recommend it be printed in darker text or an easier to read color scheme. I would hate for people to miss out on this because they couldn’t read the back and set it down.Overall, this is a top text on the topic of Keto. AG shares a wealth of information and expertise on the subject that is easily absorbed. With so many questions and misconceptions about a ketogenic lifestyle, this will leave you feeling like an expert, someone that could successfully answer any questions people may have on the subject, and one that could spread more light onto this topic. I look forward to reading more from the author. This is the perfect keto book to be the most perfect you!

Not for me
First, the book smelled like cigarette smoke. Granted, I bought it used so, live and learn.Second, after scanning the book it seemed pretty militant keto, which I’m not really into…they make it more complicated than it has to be, and insist on only the highest quality meat, eggs, etc. which is great if you have a ton of disposable income but alienates most people.There are much better books out there — the best one I’ve read and refer to is End Your Carb Confusion, by Eric Westman & Amy Berger.

Great for an easy to read deep dive into a Keto Diet
I'd lost about 20 pounds more or less by doing what I called "Keto-ish" which was really more of a low carb diet. After reaching a plateau I figured I should do some more research and purchased this book.I'm only 150ish pages into this giant book but figured the content I'd gotten out of the book warranted a review.There is an astounding amount of information in this book and it's very easy to dive into. It's written in plain english but there are several sections where it gets into the nitty gritty science that is super interesting. The first section is formatted in a FAQ style with the most common questions these doctors receive about the keto diet with easy to understand answers and the science to back it up. The section that stood out to me was how ketones are made in our body and how they are used by our brains. I also had no idea that depending on how strict you were being with keto determined how many Ketones your body made and how that might affect you.The section I currently am in is talking about the foods that are good for a keto diet and he lays it out with a nice graphic and a shopping list and talks about the pros and cons of some foods for this diet. I'm really enjoying the book, feel like I'm learning a lot, and a unexpected bonus, it's inspiring me to take the diet more seriously.Overall well worth the purchase I'm looking forward to finishing the book and going back to it when I have questions as a reference option.

I liked the examples provided that makes it easy to implement. Would recommend to all those in the medical community.

This comprehensive book is good for people just starting out on a keto diet or those who want to take it to a different level. If you’ve just been using a Keto cookbook or the internet, this book will give you answers about the diet and the process in a systematic fashion. The book is full of questions, and in fact the index lists all of them. Many questions have a short answer and then a longer answer that gets more into the science and processes—how the diet works and why it is important as it relates to health conditions or fitness. Everything from “Is butter really good for you?” to “How does Keto improve brain health and function?” If you’re wondering what MCT oil is and why it is in your keto supplements, or wondering if eating seafood is important to a keto diet, or even whether you need supplements at all, and why, this book is for you. The most impressive thing is how much attention it pays to health and wellness, not just weight loss or extreme fitness. I trust Dr. Gustin and his Perfect Keto brand to source top quality ingredients (I particularly like the nut butter and the matcha MCT powder). He knows his stuff and sees himself as a wellness, not just a fitness, person. This book is great for anyone with questions about Keto or who think it’s just another fad diet.

Excellent book on Keto
This is an an awesome book. Got it yesterday and I am 1/3 through it already...I like the straight forward and no BS approach to the ideas and theories behind this way of eating...! Great and helpful knowledge. I have read other books on the subject and this one is truly the best to answer all the questions that I have.. This is the first book that I should have got instead of all the others, that have ended up in the recycle bin... If you want information on the Keto Diet then, in my opinion, this is the first book you should read, as it would most likely be your last...

Best introduction to becoming healthy
A fantastic introduction to a lot of health concepts, way more than just a keto book. Very glad i read this information first instead of sifting through other nonsense health advice. I’m going to read it through a 2nd time now!

Great book by two of my favourite keto guys
These two collaborate in a great read that is both informative and reassuring. Would recommend to anyone just starting the keto diet, or someone who has been doing it for a while but would like to learn more behind the why’s and the how to’s of a nutritionally rounded ketogenic life.Great job guys

This book is awsome...I've been doing keto for hist over a year on and off and 4 months consecutive until now ans they are amazing. They break down the information so clearly and it's a useful tool to juat get a quick answer. Recommended 100%
