Surprisingly good for the price. The only thing missing is a headphone jack but...it's a little power house and well drives my bookshelf speakers. It has presets and the Bluetooth connects easily and as expected. I'm going to mount this under a top cabinet in the kitchen. Don't expect much from the manual as it is written in very broken English but you can still figure it out. It also comes with a standard AC cord so you don't need to fuss with a DC wall wart. It comes with a small remote as well. You can't go wrong for the price. FYI - In the rating questionnaire it asks about "Sheerness". I have no idea how that applies here. P.S. - I have a few additional comments regarding this item after reading some of the other reviews. 1. Quality - some folks have had issues after running the system. Since my review was written days after receiving it, I can't comment except to make sure you put it in a location where airflow to the unit is not blocked. So far, my unit is not getting hot. 2. Sound quality - Folks, this unit costs $45 dollars. If you are and audiophile and into studio quality sound, then I think you are expecting a bit much for $45. I'm a music lover and it sounds plenty good enough for me. I've listened to YouTube music videos and some FM music stations and it sounds pretty good to me. It does go louder than I need and I get some decent full bass sounds from my bookshelf speakers. If you expect 130 db rap or pounding rock or the fine nuances and dynamic range of the 1812 Overature, then this unit might be for you. But aside from the long term potential quality issue, I'm quite pleased with the unit. If you are happy with the quality of music over your cell phone, this will do just fine and my wife is happy listening to Bocelli over this unit. So, since I've already belabored this issue, I'll repeat, for $45 you get a very small unit that sounds pretty darn good. Oh, and yeah, the controls seem a bit weird at first but since the unit is small, 20+ buttons simply won't fit on it so they've overload some of the buttons with more than one function which is not big deal after 10 minutes of acclimation. And then there's the remote. The first time I tried it didn't work either but just press the button a tiny bit firmer and it works fine. Lastly, if you plug this into cheapo speakers, it will sound crummy. Buy a $1000 receiver and plug it into a $99 dollar speakers, it'll sound lousy. So make sure your speakers match your sound expectations. The End

As I was playing with this unit, I kept saying to myself "I can't believe it was 40 dollars!" While I did not expect Harman-Kardon or Yamaha quality, I was surprised with the sound and features of this product. The famous Sunbuck(?) brand exceeded my expectations...by far. I had just re-foamed my 30-year-old Mini Advent speakers' woofers to put them in the garage. I needed something to play music and couldn't pass up a $40 amp with all these features. I hooked it up and started blasting away. The sound quality and volume were more than adequate for the 5-inch woofer and 3-1/2 inch tweeters in the Advents. (In fact, I didn't want to push the volume too far because I was afraid I would blow out the speakers.) I don't know how it would sound if I hooked it up to better speakers (and I might try that), but what I heard is much better than I was looking for to play music in my garage. Even more surprising, however, is the FM reception. I wanted a Bluetooth music system in my garage because we live in a valley and FM reception in the garage (and the house) is horrible unless the system has a good dipole antenna. Just for kicks, I tried the FM in the garage with the little wire antenna on the back of the receiver still wrapped up. The auto-search found 16 stations, 13 of which were actually radio stations! And most of those 13 stations came in loud and clear. The FM tuning function is a little clunky because, once you store stations in the memory, it seems like the unit thinks you want to listen to only those stations. A tuning knob would be nice, but would probably blow through the $40 price tag. The tuning function is an inconvenience, at worst, but not a flaw. I am intrigued by the DC input, also. I think it is begging me to get a DC power cord so I can take the receiver and speakers with me "out in the field". Much like the FM tuner, DC input was not something that was required for my purposes, but having it just expands the usefulness of this receiver. It's always nice when a product gives you more than you expect.

Good product, well packaged, nice design, easy to connect. All functions worked as advertised right out of the box. Sounds good on my existing speakers.. The remote, not so much. The only working function on the remote I received with the my tuner/amp was to turn it off and on. Volume, station change etc: nada. No big as far as I'm concerned but those who need the remote should take note. But; $40 for an old school bedside radio, it's a good deal remote or not. Longevity? It's been a month 24/7 at moderate volume and that will be its duty from now on. Time will tell. I got 35 years out of the old Radio Shack unit and it was in the same quality bracket. I'll update in 2040 on my 100th birthday.

I needed something to connect to my 5-disc changer CD player and also to stream to my traditional bookshelf speakers and this little unit fit the bill. So far I'm pleased--it does exactly what I needed it to do. Plenty of power for my needs. It's small. The official pictures on Amazon appear to enhance the size a bit so don't be surprised if its a smaller than it looks on the screen. What I've been pleasantly surprised with is the FM radio reception. As others have mentioned, there's only a scan function, no precise tuning mechanism. Still, the scan picked up almost all of my favorites and the FM reception is definitely better than on the giant, 8 times as expensive, Onkyo receiver that it replaced. Would I buy it again? Yes. I feel like it's a good value at this price if your needs are relatively modest/specific, as mine are.

I really wanted to love this thing. It's so cheap, and it has so many features, but the implementation is . . . odd. For example (and I have several examples), there's a power switch on the back of the unit (on the BACK?) and a power on/off on the remote, but the remote will just turn off the sound; the unit is still lit up. And the remote can't do anything if the power switch on the back is off. Most irritating (so far) is the volume control. There's a knob on the unit and two buttons on the remote, but the remote can only turn the volume up to where the knob is set, and if you power off the unit, it forgets where you've set the volume using the remote, so it can suddenly turn on startlingly loud. At this price, I'd assumed it was a Class D amplifier, but it's larger & heavier than the little Class D amps I've seen, and it has a lot of ventilation holes, so there may be some A/B going on. The vent holes make it less-suited for outdoor use, which is where I'd intended to use it, but not a problem inside and still much smaller than a traditional receiver. It sounds good, and the bass & treble adjustments are particularly useful with cheap speakers. Much later: I was using this in my garage and I decided to upgrade to a Douk Audio ST-01 Pro, which isn't high end but it's certainly well-respected and costs 3X the Sunbuck. Out of curiousity, I set them up for a fairly rigorous comparison using a switch and a good set of speakers (Elac Uni-Fi 2.0), and using USB drives as the sources for both amps. The Douk looks much cooler and is less irritating to use, but for sound quality, the two were very, very close. I thought the Douk was a slightly richer, particularly with female vocals, but I may have been fooling myself. So, sonically, I think the Sunbuck is surprisingly good and punches way above its price.

I didn't pay much attention to the size when i ordered it and was taken aback when i saw how small it was. I went ahead and hooked it up anyway and was just literally almost blown off my stool! The volume is defaulted at 30 (max) and my head was inches away from my old "boombox" speakers. I looked at my little girls on the ground about 10 feet away and they had their ears covered! Small little unit packs a serious punch. Like other reviews the bass is a little lacking, however, that doesn't bother me in the least. One of the selling points for me on this was the remote control. That works great. Another was the fact that it has a tuner, aux and bluetooth. All work great with not issues. If you still use CDs then there is a hookup for that as well. You absolutely cannot beat this little unit. I only paid $40 but i feel it's worth much more.

So, look. To each their own. I opted to go the cheap route and get this amplifier. Perhaps it works for some people, and it did work for me! Once.... I got this for some music while I was mucking about in the garage (7/24/22), it worked wonderfully the first time I used it. Subsequent times, it didn't work well. The audio would cut out - one second of audio, one second of silence, until you turned it off. It never did work properly after the first time using it. I received a message shortly after purchasing the unit (8/5/22) that said: "Hi friends, 【WARRANTY】This is still Selena. Do you remember the amplifier you bought from SUNBUCK? You may have used it for some days. Is it still working well? If any dislike, dissatisfaction or broken, just don't angry or worried. Feel free to let me know in time, more than 90% of customers' issues are solved easily by our guidance. We are willing to provide a free replacement or repair. " I finally got a minute to send a message about it today and was informed that because it's been over six months, they'll no longer fix/replace the unit. I suppose alarm bells should have been going off when they emailed me after two weeks asking if it was broken... Buyer beware, this is cheap for a reason.

I purchased the "Sunbuck Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Amplifier System – 180W Dual Channel Sound Power Audio Receiver w/USB, SD Card, FM Radio for Home Speakers (25BU)" after reading reviews and finding the features ideal for my home installation. It has a very small footprint which is ideal where space is at a premium. Controls are simple and intuitive. Knobs for volume, bass, and treble operate smoothly and precisely. The remote works well, but its diminutive size will encourage getting lost. I find the connections and construction to be of surprising quality for such a value added amplifier. I drive two Wharfdale Crystal 10 bookshelf speakers, which it handles with ease. My inputs include a CD player and Bluetooth sourced from my phone. Sound quality and Bluetooth connectivity are excellent. It would be nice if the antenna was a post style rather than the wire style, as FM reception might be improved. Speaker connections are of the spring loaded variety and grasp wires securely. USB and SD inputs are nice although I have yet to utilize them. The unit is very attractive with a screen and volume illuminated by a neon blue hue. All in all, the amplifier is a very nice surprise and exceeds my expectations. I can't speak yet to longevity at this time, but hope it is of equal quality. I should mention that the Sunbuck and Pyle brands appear to be related, as the equipment is identical with the exception of branding. I would definitely purchase these products again in the future and recommend them without reservation.

Ich habe dieses Gerät als Radio in meiner Werkstatt im Einsatz. Das Anschließen zweier Hifi-Boxen hat problemlos geklappt. Der Receiver läuft seit Monaten ca. 10 Stunden täglich. UKW-Empfang, Klang, Rauschverhalten, Verarbeitungsqualität - alles ohne Beanstandung. Positiv ist auch, dass das Gerät ein internes Netzgerät und einen Ein-Aus-Schalter hat. Leider ist das Netzkabel recht kurz. Etwas lästig ist, dass nach jedem Einschalten die "Line"-Funktion aktiv ist und man erst noch eine Taste drücken muss um in den Radio-Modus zu schalten. Aber ansonsten ein nützliches Teil mit vielen Möglichkeiten, das ich wieder kaufen würde.

Ottimo prodotto per ascoltare musica e audio collegando diversi dispositivi . Comodissimo il telecomando. Materiale non eccellente ma fa il suo lavoro .

Buona la resa del suono in generale. Il led luminoso sulla manopola del volume è troppo forte e disturbante.
