Far superior toncommon black rubber washers.

much better than most garden hose washers
These washers are made out of a soft silicone rubber which provides a superior seal compared the common black rubber washers. They are a good solution to the annoying leaky hose fittings that are all too common.

Mixed review
While these being made of silicone, seal very well. The issue is that there is NOTHING to hold them in the female fitting & they fall out/get lost very easily. Others either have tabs on edge to hold in place or are made slightly oval so that they stay in place when not connected.

Loose, fall out
The washers are ever-so-slightly smaller than one-inch diameter. When coupled to the faucet, they do seal well, but often fall out when uncoupled. 25mm is not the same as 1-inch, and sometimes the difference is important.

I previously ordered a rubber set, but they were too thin. These silicone seals were more durable and of great quality. Certainly, as described.

Work great
These worked like a charm. I will never go back to rubber washers or the ones sold under the big gardening brand names. I have only used them for a few weeks but so far so good. I replaced all the washers on my garden hoses and attachments as I was having issues with water dripping. And not a drip in site with these. Time will tell how long they last. The 50 count was nice too since I needed quite a few (I have 4 garden hoses for various sections of my garden and quite a few attachments).
