I used Release for one month to lose weight but have not been able to exercise due to limitations from a chronic painful back. I lost perhaps 2 lbs. in the first month but haven't noticed feeling better yet. I just ordered two more bottles hoping that Release will help in any way. It is unfair for me to rate the Release Tablets so don't put too much emphasis on my rating of 3 stars.

Have dropped some weight, could be more if I was more strict, but the best thing is reduction in A1C by a full point over 4 months. And it was easy

Went on low carb diet no weight loss,, Started GOLO loss 19 lb first 2 month ( due to amount of food you eat and release pills)Very good so far

It did nothing for me in the 2 months I faithfully followed directions...my conclusion...I do not have an insulin intolerance...did not get a refund as their were no clear cut info on how to do it.

Love Golo especially when I don’t need all the literature.
