Too loud.. sound needs to be a Li'l soft
One star less coz it's loud & my daughter doesn't place it on her ears.. even I cannot place it over my ears coz it's that loud.. I Li'l less sound & this is a great one.. coz all the other features are really good..

Quality and all is suffice but its too loud for 2 year baby since this is phone so my son usually put phone close to his ear and its way to high to listen that closely.
