Amount is not worth $83 dollars.
I have purchased this product in the past years and I found it worked excellent!! Unfortunately the past 3 cans that I received had just over half the product in them. Unacceptable!!. I have never seen this before and for what we pay which is 83 dollars and change for this product, I might look for another weight loss program. I used to open one of these cans and could barely get the scoop in. I'm sure there's others out there that would agree. Add the product back in and I won't mind paying the price again!! Disappointed!!

Lost 15lbs!!
The first week is a struggle! Specially when friends and family are next to you and eating whatever they want. But if you keep yourself strong and keep up with it you will definitely see results. I lost 15lbs and since I stopped drinking I’ve been able to maintain it. I waited a bit to see if it work and it does. The flavor is kind of like oatmeal without any sugar or added flavors so it’s not that bad. The problem is that you get tired of the same flavor so I used the few suggestions that came with the package. You got this!!(If you have a texture problem make sure you shake well)

Great Purchase
Love this protein powder do not use it on a daily use like it says you can, it is very costly for that. When I do use it I get good results, it mixes well with even just water

Reviews Unreliable
This package arrived late. I didn't enjoy the taste I tried different mixtures with cold water with plant milks chia seeds cinnamon strawberries no fruit. I found it difficult to be and stay hydrated and drink a lot of water before drinking these shakes being T2D.I like the energy I got from the shakes. I like the carb count. I read and relied on reviews of this product before buying before buying it and I won't be so trusting here on out.

What are you waiting for?
A co-worker started me on this program. I lost 11 pounds during the Starter Phase. The taste is a lot better than some of the protein powders I've tried in the past. I plan to overhaul my eating habits, so this is what I am using to get jump started. The package arrived on the day it was promised, and it was neatly packed. I am totally satisfied.

Natural goodness
This powder isn't one of the tastiest or easiest to blend/mix, but I like how it makes me feel full without bloating. It also gives me a quick boost. I can have this in the morning and go until supper time if I have to. I like to add a little liquid chlorophyll, cinnamon, and stevia.

Tastes fine but useless for weightloss
It tasted fine to me. I added a little cinnamon and actually liked it quite a bit. However, don't drink it thinking you're going to lose weight. I sick to the plan and defiantly didn't. And it's not satisfying. I got hungry pretty quickly afterwards.
