Update 10/2/2012...........I have now been using Pedag insoles for over a month and am so happy with how well they have performed. I have washed the first pair I bought a few times now (always by hand) and they continue to perform as if they were new. I have now purchased a few additional pairs so that I do not have to switch them out from one pair of shoes to another. I have even used them in a pair of heels and they were fantastic. Added comfort and my foot no longer started to slip forward as my feet started to perspire. Took them on a trip to Europe where I did A LOT of walking and they kept my feet comfortable and dry all day. They are also keeping my shoes from getting stinky. The Kiwi Feshins didn't keep the smell away 100% but these do! I have used the Pedag Insoles in a new pair of shoes for about a month now and no smell yet. Definitely get these, they are worth the money!Original review........I wear a lot of shoes without socks. I had been using the Kiwi Freshins but they appear to be no longer available so I was hunting for something new. These are great and even better than the Freshins. They last a lot longer and can be washed and reused. So far I have washed them once (washed by hand) and they are still as good as new. They are very comfortable but are a bit thicker than the Freshins so if your shoes are snug to begin with, you might find these do not work well.

Oh, wow, these are great! I bought a set of these for my flats. I hate wearing those little sock things for flats because they always stick out and look granny or they keep bunching up so that you have to keep taking off your shoe and readjusting them. The thought of putting bare feet into my flats is just icky because, eventually, the shoes start to smell. These insoles are wonderful because they fit perfectly inside my shoes. It's like they were made to order! (I think that if you wear a wide shoe, though, then these insoles will run a little narrow.) The top part is so soft - my feet feel dry and so comfortable all day long. It almost feels like I'm wearing my favorite thick socks - my feet feel much less sore at the end of a long day of running around. They're also thin enough that they don't affect the fit of my shoes. I don't know how they made a thin insole that feels so cushiony. It's like sorcery! Finally, I love the fact that they're washable - my shoes don't smell - ever!I will buy these over and over again whenever I get new shoes.

Great quality, true to size, very comfy. I placed in my Hey Dudes on top of original insert fit perfect and feet stay dry with no socks. I already ordered 2 more pair love them with black so even if feet get dirty won't show like it does on original Hey dude inserts

I appreciate the natural fibers of the shoe liner, though we have no way to verify the claims. You will NOT receive Black. That is FALSE advertising because apparently the company no longer makes them in black. They've received a number of complaints from multiple customers and yet, they continue to deceive the public. With that stated, the liner remains in place in the shoe. It is comfortable and I find it a bonus that they can be washed. I recommend placing them in a garment bag to wash and line dry.

Stock up when they become available. These are unique in construction and really allow you to be sockless without soiling your shoe/sneaker. Well made and can be rinsed and reused. German engineered and made.

Soft comfy better than default insoles

Very nice, accurate sizing, now I can skip the sock in those flat shoes. These work great over my orthotics.

I bought these for replacing the cheap insoles in my rubber rain boots. These are good for that because your feet can get sweaty in a rubber boot. These absorb the sweat & have the silver ions to prevent the growth of bacteria which is what will cause your feet to stink. :( Then they can go in the wash. I actually wash them in the machine on gentle; I put them in a lingerie bag, wash them in cold water & air dry. Pedag recommends hand washing.They are kind of narrow so if you have wide shoes, they may not fit properly. I have average feet so they fit most of my shoes and they seem to run true to size. You cannot cut these to size without ruining them.These insoles don't provide much support so if you need extra support & padding, I would recommend the  Pedag Viva Summer (Vitality) Warm Weather Orthotic w/ Semi-Rigid Arch, Met & Heel Pad, US W9/EU39 P. I bought those to wear in my flats.

These are great if you hate wearing socks like I do and want to avoid stinky feet and stinky shoes. I actually bought 2 pairs of these. They seem to run a bit small. I bought the ladies 9 and they fit great in ballet flats and other shoes where you can't remove the original insole. I sized up for my slip on sneakers and I replaced the original insole with this. I have washed them once so far and they held up very well and don't smell at all.

Meh, these aren't the greatest, but not the worst.

I hate socks. I hate them! I wanted to find an alternative to wearing socks with my oxfords and I found these. I'm pleasantly surprised, they keep my feet DRY and HAPPY! I love that I can wash them and they dry by the next day so I can wear them again for work.

They are thiner that I've expected. However, they well made and seem durable.
