I love this stuff. It tastes terrible. I have a super problem with texture and the citrus drink makes me gag every morning. But I'll be honest1) after drinking it I definitely don't want to eat anything2) I have much better portion control3) I always lose weight when I do the cleanse4) the diet isn't overly limiting. It's actually what I'd love to stick to all the time. You know, if I didn't like ice cream so much.It definitely helps to get rid of some bloating and always helps me to get on the right track for a diet. After the cleanse is complete, I do not need to eat as much to be full and I have much less of a craving for sugar. I have a HUGE sweet tooth so that's why I bought this the first time. I have now done it two more times and highly recommend it to friends.

This is a great product for me. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost but I'm down a dress size. I know they suggest the unflavored ifber packs, but I decided to take a walk on the wild side and try the citrus flavored. I like it! I would suggest the citrus.

first of all it helps. but that initial one is a shock to the system. For me I could not chug it like I was drinking water. When the texture hits the back of my throat it is an instant gag. I have to keep drinking it but limit the amount of the substance that comes in at a time. When I get to the bottom I add more cold water. Filtered water from a pitcher out of the refrigerator worked best for me.

I’m giving this five stars because the seller was great.I have done this cleanse roughly 8 times in the last 4 years. The very first time I used it was the only time I had great results (lost 17 lbs). Since then I really don’t lose anything while I’m on it.It’s easy to follow and will get you on track with eating healthy even after you’re done with it.

I love the Advocare products and the 10 day cleanse.. but the box on the picture of the kit said unflavored, which is what i wanted and was sent Citrus. I didn't return because i wanted to start the cleanse as soon as it came. but other than the wrong flavor the product was sealed but box of the fiber packets was crushed, but everything was sealed and unopened.

I do this cleanse twice a year with great results. The only issue was the description says "citrus" but I got unflavored. Not a huge deal as I can just mix it with another drink, but still worth mentioning.

I know there are TONS of people who live, breathe, and die for AdvoCare, however after trying this product I know its not for me. I can't comment accurately on how well the fiber additive works, because it made me gag. The texture is horrific and its like drinking a glass of jelly sawdust. I'm very much so effected by textures, so after trying to choke down the first glass and gagging up half of it, I realized it was not something I was going to be able to use. The Herbal cleanse pills seemed to work, but I didnt get the full effect of the product because I wasn't able to force myself to drink that horrible fiber!

Used this cleanse a few times to jumpstart a diet. First time I used it I lost 12 pounds and other times average of 8. It made me feel less bloated after second/third day of use.
