Q: Does it cover you from wind and cold? It’s for my nephews to play outside.

Mmmmmm....I mean I would not say it is super weather protective and wouldn’t leave it outside.

Q: Would a small twin bed fit in this if its on the floor just the head of it?

No, it’s a very small tent and the open flaps are sewn on the bottom about halfway across. There is a tent that you might be able to do that with on here it’s a beige canvas teepee and very popular like thousands of reviews. I did that with it using a toddler bed (frame and all). This blue and black tent was garbage i threw it away. The frame is flimsy and doesn’t keep it upright and as i said it’s very small
