Easy to assemble, love the brightness

I have had one of these trees for almost a year. It gets lit up every night. I am surprised about this product though, even after being submerged in water for 5 days after hurricane Harvey, it still lit right up, even though it is slowly starting to die out now. I had to buy another one to replace it, but would really love to have the four foot tree to have with it, although I can't afford it right now. Maybe this company could send one after seeing the picture of the tree after the hurricane. Everyone in my rb park loves it!

Seemed to be very old stock. About a dozen of the cable ties used to hold light strings to the framing were very brittle and had broken. Every piece handled produced more broken cable ties. No identifying labels on box to tell country of origin, but it's a safe bet it's third worl manufacture. Would definitely NOT pay full retail price for this. It is on my screened in porch so is somewhat protected from the elements, not sure what the wind would do to this outdoors. It is pretty from a distance, and the only one in the neighborhood.

Not sure if I'm the only one this happens to. I put this light on in my bedroom before I sleep.. When I wake up in the middle of the night, the lights on the tree are different colors like hot pink & neon red. When I wake up in the morning, I always hope to catch their different colors but they are always the same neon green and neon white. Is there an explanation for this? Has this happened to anyone else?

This is one of the worst quality products I've ever purchased. It was literally ready for the garbage within minutes of opening the box - the base broke (I was able to use the base from my old palm tree), all the electrical connectors were crushed (Interesting, because there's nothing in the box that could crush them - must have happened in the factory), the cable ties are cut with the wrong tool, so you have about 90 razor sharp plastic points to slice your hand open, the holographic panels are crooked, and the palm fronds don't slide into their holders, so the fronds hang awkwardly. After a week, a frond broke in light wind because the metal is so cheap. And, there is no way to jury rig a fix. I contacted the seller and didn't get any reply. My old palm tree lasted 10 years and was exposed to 40 mph wind, snow, ice, and hail. This one broke in a week. If you are considering buying one, take $120 in cash and throw it into the garbage. It saves you the hassle of making the purchase.

This was a really beautiful tree but the upper part, the fawns, are 6 foot across. We wanted it for an indoor sunroom but it was too large. It would look gorgeous outside.

The tree is bright and is 7' tall but when lighted the trunk is NOT the yellow or gold color shown in the photographs. The lighted rope light color is the typical LED blue-white. I have purchased these trees from another source in the past and the trunks were always the gold color as seen in these pictures. In fact, I absolutely believe these photographs are the identical ones shown on the other sources website. (If so, I am surprised that vendor has not sued for misrepresenting these trees). My tree is installed and functioning but I would not purchase it again nor would I recommend it to a friend unless that friend wanted a lighted palm tree with green fronds and a bright, blue-white trunk. Quite Disappointing.
