This item came with a crack in the clear plastic piece that lays over the poster, but it's so large and I already threw the box away so won't be exchanging it. It's a decent frame, I think the price point was a bit too high for this product though.

a little difficult to assemble
Since the sides of the frame are so large, it really takes two people to assemble this and keep the sides of the frame together. It also took a good amount of strength.
