Highly Recommend!
Highly recommend this product to anyone experiencing joint pain. Only been on a few days and I've noticed a huge relief in lower back as well as knee and elbow pain. Cellium's products always come in very professional packaging and have detailed product descriptions. The pills are very easy to swallow and have zero taste.

Im liking this
It's always hard to evaluate vitamins - you generally need to be taking them for awhile for true results. I also take many supplements so it's difficult to say if any one product exceeds another. All I can say in the 3 weeks of using this brand over another is that it doesn't make me nauseous like the other brand did and doesn't irritate my stomach or throat (esp in those times when I break open the capsule & poor on tea).

Big but helpful
I've tried many types and brands of cinnamon, but this one really keeps my blood sugar in check. The only downside is the size of the capsules. About 1" long and 2cm in diameter. They also float in water, so taking them can be an issue.
