Ziva Paperwhites 13-15cm- Indoor Narcissus: Tazetta: Nice, Healthy Bulbs (Pack of 10)

I kept them in my refrigerator for a month before I had time to them planted in pebbles and water. They started growing immediately. Every bulb has at least 1 stem of flowers, some have 3. I have a skewer supporting the stems to help keep them upright. The first flowers opened a week ago, and are still holding strong. I am so pleased, and I love having them when it’s below zero outside. My whole apartment is perfumed with their scent.

One of the bulbs did not root As the others did and when I asked what to do I was refunded for that 1 particularly item; However I did not give up since the bulb seemed healthy otherwise. I removed it from the container with the others, and placed it on A wet paper towel in a small cup. I was beyond impressed with these. I received on time on 24 Dec, put in fridge because I was busy. 1 week later pulled out,added to glass stone container. They grew so fast, sooo tall, smelled wonderful. Lasted.in bloom for easily just shy of a month. Going to plant outside for flowers in 2 years. Buying more next year!!!

I have been buying paperwhites at a pricey nursery for years and the last few years, 2/3rds didn’t bloom. I thought I’d try these and each one bloomed. I plant in pot/dish with glass stones or river stones, fill water to just almost touching the root end, put in morning sun and keep turning as the grow toward light. In 3 weeks I had one bloom for Christmas, then the rest followed. Looked good for 4 weeks. Watch u don’t over water.

The bulbs are nice and bigger than I expected. They started to grow very quickly and I hope in a few weeks I can start seeing the blooms. I will plant the rest of the bulbs at different timings so I can have some nice flowers during the winter. will order again, since the amount of bulbs is a good deal for the price, compared to other sellers.

These rooted and grew so fast! 3 days in a bulb vase, and I can even see the flower tucked in side!!

If the new order comes, and if it performs as the previous ones, I will be a happy customer. I know that the approximate expected delivery date has yet to come, so all may be well - but I did not want to heap on the praise if the order comes to me flawed or never! Fingers crossed,UPDATE: the order did come, but some of the bulbs needed to be pitched, the others did not grow to bloom. I have used them before and did well - this was a bum batch.

For my bulbs, it took only about 18 days for the flowers to bloom from when I first put them in the water, which is crazy fast. Anyways, for reference in the last picture, the stems are 25'' and kept tipping over so I had to tie them together. As other people have noted, there is a strong smell coming from these flowers. I personally don't like the smell since I prefer light scented flowers. Also kind of wished they grew a bit slower, I feel like there was barely a process. The bulbs themselves came neatly packaged and each about 1.5''. It was still fun to watch them grow and the flowers are undoubtedly pretty.
