Ample Amount for Many Uses
These are getting hard to find in grocery stores so I was delighted to see the size of the container. It will last for many makings of biscotti, a favorite in my family and for sharing with neighbors. I have to hide them from myself to keep some around for others. The seeds came fresh and flavorful and are good sprinkled on salads or soups. I'm sure there are other baked goods that feature these seeds, and I'll be researching recipes, but until then, BISCOTTI. (BTW: if you don't pronounce them bee sco tee, they won't taste right. Really.)

I make anise and pistachio biscotti. Buying anise in the spice isle at the grocery store is expensive. I use 2 -3 tablespoons per batch. This anise is by far the least expensive and is good quality. My biscotti come out delicious every time.
