Q: I was sent shakshouka instead of the lemons. Please be more careful when packing orders?

I was sent a bottle of the lemons that all the juice had leaked out and they took over 6 weeks to get here so I could then throw them out.

Q: "Preserved" but no preservatives. How long do the last after opening?

We don't use any preservatives. Just lemons, sea salt and water. They can last years after opening, but please refrigerate once opened ~ Mina

Q: what size steel wool should I use if I seasoned my pan with too much crisbee? I need to get the extra off the pan.

The cleaning powder Bar Keepers Friend is the best for cleaning the worst sticky stuff off pots and pans. Steel wool doesn’t work as well.
