During the lockdowns, I switched to using this turmeric to treat my genetic iritis, rather than daring to enter the mask-o-rama zone where my eye doctor worked, so that he could renew my prescription for steroid eye drops.And I have not regretted a thing, I will always use turmeric for my iritis, it's a much better choice than steroids!!! Food prep or med - it works both ways

I started taking the supplement for joint health and while at this time I don't know if it's working or not I will tell you if you do not swallow the pills and get them all the way down when they dissolved it is a very unpleasant taste. I have heard great things about this supplement I am hoping in the end it will give me pain relief and also less inflammation. Great value for the money.
