The kids and I love these!! Contrary to many of the other scathing reviews that criticize the taste and texture, these gummies are tasty and just fine for texture. Sort of like a soft gummy bear. My kids ask for them daily, and I always take one with them because they’re pleasant and I could use some extra fish oil myself. Some people complain about the oiliness of them, to which I say..,they are indeed oil supplements. So yes, they leave a SLIGHT oil on the fingers, but it’s nothing to complain about. If the oil is off-putting, perhaps a capsule would be a better choice. But for me and mine, we’ve already order about 6 of these boxes over the last several months, and I foresee if being a staple supplement for quite some time.

Love the convenience and the quality of these gummies! Obviously it's difficult to mask the fish taste to a child, but my son describes the sensation of "rotting oranges", yet he doesn't argue taking one. It would be nice if magically the fish taste was easier to mask, but until then, we will stick with these!

I was hoping to find even one brand of o3 gummies that came in a dark bottle (all of them are in transparent bottles--very suspect whether there's any benefit once they've been that exposed). I either won't adhere to it or really don't want to. Taking new supplements now just risks giving me a nocebo effect, honestly. I've been trying to find a kid friendly fish oil supplement for my super picky eating 11yo kid who has ADHD. The flavor on these is mild and pleasant, but the texture is really off-putting. It's not like a traditional gummy chew. They are blister packed individually and a little greasy to the touch. They have a smooth texture to the outer part of the gummy. The best I can describe it is like it's a baked, shiny custard texture. It's really weird. If you have a texture sensitive kid, these might not work for ya.

highly recommend for toddlers. My daughter was not a fan of the liquid version since she started developing more of a taste/aversion to certain things as a toddler however, this is perfect as it’s just like a gummy, but it gives me comfort that it’s has no sugar. ingredients are great and have no complaints regarding any additives. She has been taking these daily and it gives me peace of mind that she’s getting on my does that she needs as a growing kid size is great. It’s not hard and it almost looks like the same size as a nickel I would say so. Make sure that your kids know how to chew well before taking these.
