Style + Function? Giddyup
Bought two pair of these- one for me and one for my wife. After 2 scuba dives at 60 feet/40-50min underwater, and a few days of snorkeling to boot, I give these goggles a big thumbs up. When they did leak, it was my fault for not adjusting them properly. After refitting them lower on my face they were excellent. No leaks and very comfortable. I have a mustache, no problem. My wife’s face is quite small, no problem for her. Just be sure to clean out the insides when you first get them like you should and they’ll be fantastic for you too. Looks like they’ll be great for years to come.

Great mask!
Great mask, very comfortable and snug. I read all the reviews and took a chance with this mask, the double silicone seal works. Been in Maui the last week.

Tested 5 Masks and this was the best for more narrow, female faces. Exceptional seal. Off for another 1000 dives.
I've been diving for over 30 years and done over 1000+ dives to date. I'm a Dive Master with PADI. Finding a mask that fits and seals has always been a problem having a female, narrow face. I did a lot of research and ordered 6 different masks that got good reviews and supposedly were better fits for small to medium sized faces. Tested them all. When I saw the size of the Spectra Dive Mask I was sure it would be too big for me and not seal properly. Amazingly is sealed better than the smaller sized masks and provided a much larger field of vision to boot. The strap tabs were very easy to adjust unlike the old time ones which were a pain in the butt. I had a girl friend, who has a more squarish face, also test the Spectra Dive mask and it sealed so hard on her she nearly popped her eye balls out tugging on the mask to test the seal. I don't know how such a relatively large mask can seal this well on smaller faces. I suspect it would work well on medium and larger faces too because the skirt is so large. Maybe Scuba Pro uses better silicone or that double seal it has.Additionally, I tested the Cressi Big Eye that everybody raved about and the silicone skirt "fluttered" around my lower cheek when tested so that was immediately returned. I also tested the Sherwood Onyx Mask and the seal wasn't as good nor the field of vision. Then tested the slightly smaller Scubapro Synergy 2 Twin Scuba Diving Mask and the results were the about the same. It didn't seal as well when I smiled. All masks will leak a bit when you smile but IMO that is the real test of whether mask truly fits well. Then tested the Lince Mask which was supposedly designed for smaller faces. It fit but the field of vision was so limited it made me a bit claustrophobic - kind of like my old Riffe mask. I don't know the difference between the Spectra and the Spectra Tru Fit other than the latter is about $40 more expensive. Finding a mask that fits well it absolutely worth the effort and expense. Thank heaven for Amazon Prime!I plan to cough up the money and finally have this Spectra mask made into a custom prescription mask so I can see distances and see my dive computer. I'm having the work done by RXDiveMasks, Leonard Maggiore, Opticians, who invented the first Rx dive mask in the 1940s. Expensive? Yes. Very. But not just a luxury any more, but a necessity to read my dive computer. Older eyes just can't see those tiny dials any more. If my 1986 Orca Dive computer wasn't such a brick of a device I'd stick with it. It still works after 30 years!!!! If one doesn't need an Rx mask Amazon offers Rx masks for both near and far sighted people as much lower prices than a custom mask.

Replacement my 2015 mask that broke Different strap buckle.
Replaced my 2015 mask that unfortunately broke via the mask strap buckle mount to the silicone. Ill be careful to not over stretch by placing around my neck without loosening. This mask fit me very well and knowing the silicone buckle mount I am aware of how to keep it from breaking the same way.My 2015 mask had NO scratches over the years on the lense. The frame had is show of wear. The buckle system is not a pinch like the old and my aqualung mask but a lift to loosen so new action to deal with. Seems like anything that pulled or drug aross would loosen the mask with force.

Loved it, but sadly there is one major flaw
I’ve owned two of these masks over the last few years and had about 100+ dives with each. The look and fit were excellent, good seal for my face, no issues there; however, both mask failed on my just before a dive when the strap attachment ripped off, and I don’t keep the strap tight by any means.Despite this being a framed mask, the design has the strap attached directly to the skirt, like a frameless, which is very weak and when it breaks, there is no hope for meaningful repair. I’ve also used the ScubaPro Synergy 2 (now my primary dive buddy’s mask), which does have a proper attachment to the frame and seems to be more robust, outlasting my two Specktras. Not what you’d expect from a nearly $150 mask. I’m certainly not going to repeat my mistake and buy another Spectra. Please fix this ScubaPro! I want to love this mask again.

Comfort and visibility are top shelf
I usually try on 4-5 masks to find a good fit because I have a small face. Not this time. And I like the visibility from inside the mask for underwater photography.

Strap mechanism broke first time I used the mask.
I ordered this mask for a trip to the Bahamas. The first time I used it, the strap mechanismon on one side broke and the strap could not attach to the mask rendering it unusable. I went back and read reviews from a few sources and and found some people that had the same experience. It appears that a THIN plastic pin holds the mechanism to the side of the mask. I can see why a little too much pressure would break it. I have received a replacemnet mask and am anxious to use it. It looks great and the mask itself seems to be high quality except for the strap mechanism. I'm hoping it will perform well and I will update my review after I use it.

Non è una semplice maschera, questa è LA MASCHERA.
The media could not be loaded.

Quality, comfortable, smart mask.
Good looking piece of equipment. The silicone is very soft and the mask fits well and comfortably and is easily adjusted. The large lenses should give excellent visibility.I haven't been able to test it diving yet but I see no reason why it won't be perfect and look forward to using it soon.

Super Maske
