I like this product because I really like the foot bath part of getting pedicures, but I figured it would be less expensive over time to have one of these units then continually going to get pedicures. I bought it in December of 2019 and used it a handful of times until it broke a little over 6 months later. It worked really well up until then, when it started making this crazy clicking noise whenever the heater was on and the massage rollers would move sporadically, even if that function was turned off. I was nervous that there was some sort of electrical issue and I didn't exactly want to have my feet submerged in water in this unit if that was the case. However, according to Amazon it was just past the window where support is available, but I reached out to the seller anyway because I really hadn't used it that much over that time frame. I'm glad I did, because they provided excellent customer service and shipped me a new unit even though it had been a while since the purchase. I tested the new unit and it seems to be working well. I'm overall very happy with the unit and the customer service and would highly recommend!

Good size for the price

Easy to operate, big deep basin, auto massage rollers.The spikes on the bottom of the basin are sharp and unnecessary.The rollers have 3 massage modes. The nubs on the rollers could be rounded more and smoother, some still have sharp pieces of plastic on it from manufacturer. 3 prong short plug so if you need an extension cord make sure you take that in mind.It's okay but way over priced for its performance in my opinion. Mildly disappointed with this one and I wont be recommending to others but I dont totally dislike it either.

I am a daycare owner and one day, wished I had a man to rub my sore feet. I'm on them 11 hours a day, chasing short people and then I came to my senses and googled foot massagers. This one has high marks so decided to give it a go. My 8 year old son and I take turns.. 20 minutes for each of us and we will use this thing for 2 hours.. We both love it. The bubbles, the hot water that doesn't cool.. the rotating massagers. Yes. It's like an orgasm for your feet. Now.. I can delete my Tinder membership because this is all the man I need.Well, not "all" but you get my point. ;)

Best feature is that it keeps the water warm. The first time i used it I added mildly hot water and it got to hot, so next time I put in tepid and it reached the 99 degrees and felt great!! Don't care for the hard “nubs” that the front of my feet rest on. If you have sensitive feet probably look for a smooth bottom foot bath. This has rollers and they feel pretty good when on. Bubbler option doesnt seem to do much. Its very easy to let all the water out into the bathtub via a plug in the front of the basin and easy to pick up full when I take it to the tub.

In the beginning, I was still worried about his quality, because I saw one of the comments said that the middle roller is useless. I almost use it every day since I received the package, but so far it works fine. For the function, it is very comfortable and warm-up very fast. The massage roller and bubbles relax me a lot. The only thing bothers me is the little brush can not fit into the massager like the glass nail file. But overall, it is a fairly comfortable foot spa massager and I will absolutely recommend it to my friends.

I love,love this Foot spa and Bath Massager. It's really spacious so my feet doesn't feel like it's in a tight space like some foot massagers do. another feature that I love is the massage feature where it has more than one patter/speed. I love the bubble feature as well, I love that this has a handle as well make it so you can easily pour water out of. And the feet on the product is just amazing. Overall this product deserves ten stars if I could give it.

I used it a couple of times, and suddenly the massager stopped working. I do not see whom to contact, where to go. It looks like a amazon store frontend created by a fly-by-night operator of a cheap country, who sold products in one name, and closed shop, then modify products and its color and sell similar product with differnt brand name, so that older customers do not call them.
