can hue produce normal daylight?

No you would need a sun for that. However these "white & colour ambiance" bulbs are capable of reproducing many different shades of white, so you should be able to select a shade that feels equivalent to daylight to you. Generally you will not perceive the light to match daylight levels of intensity though, unless you are close to the bulb or have multiple bulbs in a room.
