Does this fabric sheet have an adhesive/peel and stick back? If not, what's the best type of adhesive that works well with this type of fabric?

It does not have peel and stick adhesive. I use tacky glue to attach it to cardboard. Spray adhesive might work, but tacky glue works very well and is not nearly as messy.
