I have tried so many yoga mats thru the years. This mat is really very high quality. Has excellent grip and is just thick enough for comfort, but still small enough to easily roll & carry. Plus it’s a beautiful, soothing color.

I’ve gone through a lot of yoga mats but I really like this one for the thinness, but also durability and never shifting when I’m using it. The color choices are also great.

Very thick and good quality

This is my second Gaiam yoga mat…my first one finally started to fall apart after about 8 years of regular use. This mat is a beautiful color and was ready to use the day it arrived (no weird smell as other reviewers have reported).

Got it as a gift for my hubby since his old mat was ripping. He loves it.

I bought 2 of this mat. For hot yoga, you will need a hot yoga towel, however, else you will slip from sweat.

There's nothing "special" about this mat. I find it not as "sticky" as some others I've had, and my hands & feet when sweating tend to slide on it. It's a pretty standard width, not super cushy but that's not what I was looking for. Color is very pretty and the price was fair.

I'm a yoga teacher so I've used my share of yoga mats, ranging from the cheapies to the stupidly expensive ones. This mat is excellent for the price! I snagged it because I'm traveling and forgot mine and I'm glad I went this route. Its thickness helps protect your knees and makes Chaturanga gentler on your hands. Other than that it's a standard yoga mat that'll get the job done.Note: It's gonna be a little slippery when you get it, that's totally normal for yoga mats at this price range. It's just the chemicals used in manufacturing making it slippery and they wear off with usage. It might take a while before you can really determine its grip.

This brand really delivers on quality! I’ve had it for 6 months already and it’s holding up so well, super comfy and great thickness to protect the joints.
