シャカシャカって感じです！最初は気になったけど、すぐ慣れます。風を通さなくて暖かい空気が保温されます。脱いでも嵩張らないしリュックに丸めて入れています。気に入ってます。167センチ細身ですがLを購入。大きすぎず、でも余裕がある感じで肩の締め付けもなくラクです。
