The media could not be loaded.  Very nice packing. The packing was sturdy and my product inside was delivered safely without any issue. It is working fine so far and I’m liking it. I had brought 2 more kettles before of this brand and i like them. Quality is very nice. I enjoyed unboxing its layers. Here is a video for you all also to watch and enjoy :D

First I received a defective product.. it was light weight and quality was not up to mark..... Then I ordered for replacement.. then I received a new product which is 100 times better than old one.. good quality n satisfied... So it is obvious that somethimes the dealers are giving fake product... I have experienced it now for the second time... So when u purchase any products through online shopping be careful..

Long lasting

I am writing this review after 1year. The product is at fault now. As this comes with 2 years warranty i contacted their service center which said they no longer support this product. I wrote to their customercare for centers in chennai but no response. If metro city like chennai does not have one...its difficult at other place. Please dont buy this product as they dont have no support system after sales

The product was fine till it stopped working. It is within the warranty period, but that’s of no consequence. After running after both the distributor and Amazon for help, I am just fed up

We bought Russsel Hobbs Kettle on 30/9/2019 only for boiling water and no other purpose. Unfortunately it stopped working now. We could use it only for 6 and half months. Appreciate if you can compensate us for the cost of Kettle not working now.

Excellent product. After may retry with other brands, finally zeroed on this. Classy build. Cord length is satisfactory. Heating is super fast with auto shutdown technology. A must have for ideal kitchen.
