ATN ABL (Auxiliary Ballistic Laser) Laser Rangefinder | Simple & Quick to Attach, Smart Controls via Bluetooth, 12hrs+ Battery Life

The ATN ABL 1500 is a great add on to my ATN 4K Pro. It was easy to set up and connect to my scope. Be sure to watch the video that ATN has so the set up will be quick and easy. If you are hunting different areas like I do and you walk in at night, this is a great add on to have because you do not have to guess how far your target is.

nice add on for my ATN Scope

I purchased this in February 2024. It worked as advertised. I was very happy with it. In January 24 I went coyote hunting and the ABL 1500 would not connect to My Thor 4. It had been working fine. I contacted Oliver Vallaro. After discussing the issue, he sent me an RMA form to complete. I filled it out, returned the device and they rapidly shipped me a replacement. Amazing customer service. Unfortunately, I got the Flu and was unable to install right away. On 7 February I connected it to my scope using Bluetooth and zeroed it. All went well. But When I pressed the function button on the scope, I got no range. I verified firmware etc., all seemed valid. SO, I contacted Oliver again, Returned the device on 8 Feb. Today the 10th I was notified that another replacement was on the way. Excellent customer service again. As for the ABL 1500. When it worked it was great long-distance shooting with accurate ranging integrated with the Thor 4. I still want the device. When it works, its great. I am trying again because of the great service and the fact it performed well at first. I am afraid that the Quality control by the Chinese manufacturer leaves something to be desired. If I was not for Oliver, I’d have given up on it. Hopefully the third will be the charm. Again, some of the best customer service I have ever had. 5 Star for Oliver not so much for the device reliability. I will update after the next one.

Great add-on for the x-sight 4K

Hola el año pasado lo compre, la segunda vez que lo use, se sobrecalento y dejo de funcionar. Quizas tuve mala suerte pero se ve que no esta muy bien construido.

Works great on my ATN 4K 5-20 very pleased with ATN products

PROS: This auxiliary laser range finder is nice. Big points for being able to be mounted on the forend of the scope or midway to reduce OAL of the rig. Adapter rings are included for a variety of models, which is a plus. Installation is extremely easy, and marrying it up to your reticle is a snap. I double-checked distances with my Vortex rangefinder; and both readings (multiple) were identical. CONS: The power switch is very easily inadvertently left on after use. A green or red led power indicator would be a welcome addition to the design. Unfortunately, the scope this is intended to mount to is not the greatest (see my review of the X-Sight-4K Pro). If you're lucky enough to own one that is not a lemon, this would be a great addition.
