I am a die-hard iPod user. I have had one clipped to my shirt for 5+ years. I got hearing aids and needed to play my mp3 files from my phone instead of my iPod. I hear the audio via the phone Bluetooth that connects to my hearing aids. The problem is trying to control the music/audiobook player with a phone is horrid. With a bunch of research, I purchased this sweet little "Wireless Media Music Remote Control ". What I needed was something that would allow me to start and stop the audio at the push of a button. It works wonderfully! You have to keep in mind that the controller cannot read minds. You have to open the music player first. Then the buttons work perfectly. Every once in a while, it activates my "hey google" feature instead. What can you expect when the phone has hundreds of programs and this little clicker sends a signal to the phone that says "start" or "stop" - how does the phone know what I want? With that very minor issue, it is still the best solution. I can listen to audiobooks with my phone and start/stop anytime, advance forward/reverse 10 seconds with a click. When I need to have a conversation with people in the room I click stop. When the conversation ends, I click start - no one is the wiser that I have a book playing. For me, I have the clicker hanging with a string around my neck. Easy Peezy. Oh, one more thing - I do not use the native player that came with my phone, I downloaded (from the play store) "Smart AudioBook Player." It took a little learning but it is powerful and makes everything seamless. One other benefit is this clicker does work with other phone features like taking pictures and controlling other players (Netflix, youtube, prime, etc).

Works great for pausing, playing, and changing the volume on a phone/tablet! Simple but very effective!

I got this to use as a remote for media controls on my Windows PC. It gets the job done, though not without some minor hiccups. The media playback and volume controls work as expected. The camera shutter doesn't work on Windows but I didn't expect or need it to.The only issue is sometimes I have to press a button multiple times for it to work. It seems more like a connectivity issue than a problem with the actual buttons. If multiple presses fail, turning if off/on usually fixes the issue.The buttons are a bit on the small side and there isn't any texture to them, so you have to remember placement. Not a big deal but something that could be improved.Overall, I'm pleased with this remote. It does what I need it to do and costs less than some similar products.

I read a review, and bought it. The review had a question: " Is it soft buttons"? The answer was yes. So I assumed ones like a TV remote, soft and quiet. They are NOT. they are clickers.!I bought this for a specific reason, mine is for a cellphone (Samsung S9) to listen to music at night in bed.The issues with this one is that it is noisy to the wife, as she can hear the clicks.The buttons are so flush with the case that it is difficult to find the right ones with your fingers.My whole purpose was to relax and be able to pause, select tracks and volume without the need to look, or turn a light on. I have to find a way to glue something to the buttons to raise them a little just to be able to feel them. But that is for my specific use. The remote itself works well, easy to connect to Cellphone via blue tooth, and works as described.I gave it less stars because of the answer about the buttons. You can judge for yourself with this review though.Yes, it works, Yes it is as described, but not so with the buttons. They work though.For normal in the light use, and for camera shutter, it is perfect! It is rechargeable.That is ok, but would have rather had a lithium watch battery in there. Then I can easily change it.When the rechargeable battery goes, you have to either find one to replace it and do some disassembly and soldering, or buy a new item.

This is an absolute lifesaver for parents who have kids who use iPads mounted to seats in cars (so wandering hands don’t mess with the buttons). I do a biannual trip home to visit family and my husband can’t always go- and my hometown is 12 hours away. I have a 2.5 year old who I allow to watch the iPad I have on road trips (no judgement, you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes). Taking those trips alone with a REAR FACING TODDLER are long so I load the iPad up with all of his favorite YouTube shows (Ms Rachel, caities classroom, kids music/his favorite songs, etc) and sometimes he doesn’t like the way I have things set up. I would normally have to listen to him whine while driving until I could safely pull over and change it or fix whatever the issue is. This handy little fob helps fix that issue immediately. It’s so easy to use and I can skip, replay, pause, etc while not removing my eyes from in front of me to look back. Plus I can adjust the volume if he falls asleep so it doesn’t wake him up if a loud show comes up next. Basically- such a handy button and conveniently sized.

I’m an avid podcast listen and I need a remote to quickly skipping through ads or rewind the program back by a few seconds. Previously I used those round ones but their Bluetooth connection is unreliable, requiring frequent re-pairing (sometimes several times a day). I finally gave up and switched over to thisThe advantage of this one over the round model from another manufacturer:- Bluetooth is reliable, stay connected- Hardware on/off switch- Rechargeable battery vs lithium metal ones- Just as small and lightThe button layout is not perfect, so it took a bit to get used to. The buttons are tactile but I needed physical bumps so I can operate it in my pocket or without looking, so I glued little plastic dots on each side of the rocket switch. This makes it much more usable in the dark.The shutter button is basically a duplicate of the volume-up button.

After searching and trying different similar items that didn't work, this one FINALLY works like a charm, I am 100% happy with it. May even buy the extended warranty for it

Like: rechargeable battery, works as described. Dislike: pricier than most but works very well.
