Looks nice, easy to build, buildings don't stay together very well.
The table and train track are all well constructed however the buildings fall to pieces very easily making playing with them difficult

Avoid!
Had great expectations as it looked so nice on the photos. Table was easy to assemble and looks sturdy. This was unfortunately the end of the good part of this review. Once I put the two final bits on top of the table they wobble a lot so I had to use some cardboard to stop them from moving every time you touch the table. There is a photo of how to build 2 sets of tracks for the train. If you follow them you would not be able to build it as there is not enough room on the table. A lot of the pieces stuck together as paint hadn't dried id imagine. Also it would be beneficial if the inner part of the table is lowered down as now a child of around 3 would simply knock it all down and make a mess picking up all the time. All in all this is a bad product that looks very nice on photos. AVOID
