I haven't seen Customer Service like this since the 1980's. So refreshing to find a Company that truly wants their customer to be pleased with the product they sell. This little tool is the only one that has really worked. My feet have never been so happy. I had tried several others and they all went out within two weeks. Then I found Own Harmony.I accidentally went too far up my ankle/leg while exfoliating the tops of my feet. That old alligator skin started flying everywhere. I reluctantly put the least coarse roller on and decided to use it gently! on my leg. Oh my goodness. I had no idea how much dry skin I had. After a couple of weeks, my legs feel satin smooth and look so much better.I had an issue with charging the unit after a while. Likely my own fault from not grabbing the plug at the base to remove it. I came looking for it and noticed the warranty. I contacted them and much to my surprise - a replacement arrived within a few days. No hassle, no dragging things out. So many companies make getting a replacement so difficult that you just give up. Not so, here.Imagine my surprise when Own Harmony contacted me a few months later to be sure that the product was working, as it should. She wanted to be sure that I was happy and satisfied. I was and still am.This is a must have product for me. It is so effective and satisfying to nurture my skin. Never again can I live without it. I am still under warranty, here. Even so, I am going to purchase another one for backup, in case they sell out. Highly recommend this product. From my view, it is the best on the market.Thank you Andrea. A rare treat to encounter a company that backs their product so diligently. I can see why - because it works! We need more customer service people like you, in this day and age of robotic returns. I am a happy and very soft camper.

2nd Update: The warranty replacement stopped working after 11 months of light use. I have tried all the other different designs of these grinders and I still feel this design is the best because it’s so user friendly and easy to use with its open design. I just wish they were made more durable. I decided to take the unit apart to see if it was repairable. The electronic board was burnt up. I snapped a couple of pictures of what I found.Update: the unit stopped working after 13 months. The product has an 18 month warranty. I emailed seller and they are sending out a replacement. Nice to see a seller who honors their warranty.I already own the rechargeable Amope and have been very happy with it, but I was curious how this would compare with its unique design. They are similar in size and weight and are both rechargeable. The Amope seems like it spins faster than the Own Harmony, but the Own Harmony feels like it has more torque and doesn’t completely stop easily when pressure is applied like the Amope. This unit with its open design is much easier to use as you don’t have to find that perfect angle since it’s so open. I also prefer the plug in cable on the Own Harmony to recharge rather than the bulkier surface plate of the Amope. The Amope has a nicer grippy rubberized finish, is more ergonomic and the separate power and speed buttons make it easier to use. The battery life of both units is great and both units offer two speeds. If I had to choose only one, I would take the Own Harmony over the Amope because of its open design, but I really love them both.

Original review: 2 starsIt was easy to use, the small and slender handle makes it easy to use and hold, and the wheel is easy to replace. It stopped holding a charge and won't turn on.

It’s extremely powerful and a wonderful tool for adults. Too powerful for young or tender feet; which this will easily provide you with.However, use short quick swipes for maintenance. Holding this tool on your feet with enough pressure will burn you and cause very unevenly layered skin. Mine stopped working in December after ordering in July with immediate use.Grind stones remain quite effective for long term use as 1 adult. I love it and would order it again if it stopped again.It’s never ever worth spending $35 for a pedicure when this tool is cheaper and easy to reuse over and over.I recommend using it for 5 minutes per foot maximum and let it recharge and cooldown (Cooldown is very important even when In use, not only because of the product, but nerves/pain in your feet don’t immediately register to the brain from the surface, which is where this tool May burn or break the skin)I would love a new one sent to me please, as I cannot afford one but I am in dire need of this product for Self Care purposes.I highly recommend this product as your First step to fitness, work, driving or a weight loss journey, self care journey etc. Second step would be proper shoe fitStay hydrated and keep your skin moisturized in dry heatEnjoy.The picture is my feet Without having this for the past 3 months sadly.

I used it for 6 months and it died. I don't think I'll be getting another one.**********EDIT:When I posted the review, I was surprised when a company rep reached out and asked if she could help. I told her and she asked a bunch of questions to help narrow down the problem, but no luck.She then told me I could expect a new machine in a couple days. I didn't even have to send the faulty one back.I'm changing my rating based on their exceptional customer service. When I first got the product it didn't work properly, as it would stop at times. So I reached out to the company and they immediately offered to send a new one, for free. The product is great, and really does the job. The design makes it possible to use more of the roll and it's just easier to use compared to other "closed" designs. I genuinely recommend this product, and the company selling it is very trustworthy and helpful.

Das Gerät ist sehr gut zu handhaben; vor allem kann man die Reibwalzen auch an der Stirnseite einsetzen, so daß auch punktförmig Hornhaut entfernt werden kann, was bei Geräten mit beidseitiger Lagerung nicht möglich ist. Die Wärmeentwicklung ist bei normalem Gebrauch unkritisch.
